Ontstaan uit de &#8220;Expertgroep Logistiek Vastgoed aan de Hochschule Darmstadt&#8221; en de themagroep Logistiek Vastgoed van de Bundesvereinigung Logistik e.V., is de focusgroep TuI bezet met een ervaren duo: Prof. Dr.-Ing. Armin Bohnhoff, professor in Logistiek en Vastgoedmanagement aan de Hochschule Darmstadt, en Peter Salostowitz, managing partner van IndustrialPort GmbH &amp; Co., leidden al de Darmst\u00e4dter expertgroep.<\/h5>\n<p>(Bremen\/Darmstadt) In de focusgroep TuI zullen nu interdisciplinair innovaties in hun correlatie met logistiek vastgoed worden onderzocht en ingedeeld. &#8220;Digitalisering, ESG-conformiteit, E-mobiliteit - er zijn innovatieve technologie\u00ebn en oplossingen nodig om deze onderwerpen vooruit te helpen. Daarom is het belangrijk om een indeling te bieden van wat de logistiek vastgoedsector verder helpt en wat uiteindelijk alleen &#8216;nice-to-have&#8217; is. Dat willen we met onze nieuwe focusgroep ontwikkelen,&#8221; aldus Kuno Neumeier, woordvoerder van de BVL themagroep Logistiek Vastgoed en CEO van de Logivest Groep.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De logistiek vastgoedsector moet ook reageren op de veranderende markteisen met innovatieve oplossingen en concepten. Dit roept de vraag op welke ontwikkelingen toekomstbestendig zijn en welke te wijten zijn aan een algemene hype,&#8221; voegt Prof. Dr.-Ing.
