Met deze stap versterkt de logistieke dienstverlener zijn wegverkeersnetwerk in Noord-Europa. Dachser heeft de joint venture in Finland eind 2013 opgericht samen met de ACE Logistics Group.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Kempten\/Helsinki) Beide partners hielden tot nu toe 50 procent van de aandelen. Nu heeft Dachser alle aandelen van het samenwerkingsverband overgenomen en integreert Dachser Finland Oy ook organisatorisch volledig in zijn Noordse wegverkeersorganisatie onder leiding van Peter Hut, Managing Director Nordic European Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>Alexander Tonn, COO Road Logistics Dachser: \u201eMet de overname brengen we onze Road Logistics-structuur in Finland, Zweden, Denemarken en Noorwegen nog dichter bij elkaar en zorgen we voor doorlopende organisatiestructuren en processen in ons wegverkeersnetwerk,\u201d zegt Alexander Tonn, COO Road Logistics bij Dachser. Hierdoor kan Dachser zijn klanten in de regio ge\u00efntegreerde transport- en logistieke diensten voor industri\u00eble en consumptiegoederen, evenals levensmiddelen, aanbieden en tegelijkertijd een nauwe lucht- en zeevrachtverbinding via het bedrijfssegment Air &amp; Sea Logistics waarborgen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Langdurig vertrouwelijk partnerschap<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Met zijn netwerkpartner ACE Logistics Group, gevestigd in Tallinn, Estland, werkt DACHSER al meer dan 25 jaar samen in de Baltische staten. Voor de Baltische staten en Oekra\u00efne blijft ACE ook in de toekomst een nauwe partner van DACHSER in het Europese wegverkeersnetwerk.<\/p>\n<p>In de landen Finland, Zweden, Denemarken en Noorwegen heeft DACHSER ongeveer 1.800 medewerkers. Om de Noordse regio te versterken, had DACHSER begin 2024 de Zweedse levensmiddelenlogistiek Frigoscandia AB overgenomen en onlangs ge\u00efnvesteerd in nieuwe vestigingen in Aalborg, Denemarken, en Kristiansand in Noorwegen.
