(Bonn) Dankzij uitgebreide merkrechten blijft de bedrijfs kleur geel bovendien een herkenningspunt op andere sportuitrustingen en de sportkleding van het Duitse team. De samenwerking omvat naast bobslee\u00ebn ook de disciplines van het rodel- en skeletonsport.<\/p>\n

“De atleten van de BSD zijn al jarenlang niet alleen garant voor succes, maar ook sympathieke vertegenwoordigers”, zegt Arjan Sissing, Hoofd Brand Marketing - DHL Group. “Ze geven in elke race alles. Hun passie, snelheid en teamgeest passen perfect bij onze prestatiebelofte. We zijn trots deze samenwerking nu verder uit te breiden.”<\/p>\n
Logistiek voor de gehele uitrusting<\/h5>\n
De samenwerking met de BSD bestaat al sinds het winterseizoen 2014\/2015. Het dekt de logistiek voor alle uitrusting van de atleten. Voor de wereldkampioenschappen van de rodelatleten in Whistler (Canada) en de Bob- en Skeleton-wereldkampioenschappen in Lake Placid (VS) transporteert DHL voor de BSD bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 40 kisten met sportuitrusting en materiaal. Elk daarvan weegt tot een ton.<\/p>\n
“We zijn zeer blij dat we de samenwerking met DHL kunnen voortzetten na de Olympische Winterspelen van 2026”, zegt Alexander Resch, bestuurslid topsportmanagement van de BSD. “Dat geeft ons planningszekerheid. Bovendien is de samenwerking met de collega’s van DHL uiterst aangenaam en professioneel. Zo moet het zijn als je topprestaties wilt leveren. We hopen deze unieke samenwerking nog vele jaren voort te zetten”, aldus Resch.<\/p>\n
Transporten ook voor andere bonden<\/h5>\n
Buiten Duitsland werkt DHL ook samen met de Internationale Rodelbond (FIL) en de Internationale Bob- en Skeletonbond (IBSF). Hierdoor komen er ook transporten voor andere nationale bonden bij. De verschillende leveringen kunnen vaak worden gebundeld, wat synergie\u00ebn mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n
