Ze zijn vanaf nu gratis beschikbaar op de Logix-website en bieden waardevolle inzichten en praktische aanbevelingen voor gemeenten, investeerders, gebruikers en andere logistieke actoren.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fcnchen) Als basis voor een studie die in Q1 2025 verschijnt, heeft het Logix-initiatief samen met studieauteur Jannick H\u00f6per, managing partner van List Eco GmbH, zeven stellingen geformuleerd over logistiek vastgoed in de context van gemeentelijke warmteplanning. Ze laten zien hoe logistieke centra door het gebruik van hernieuwbare energie en innovatieve leveringsconcepten een belangrijke bijdrage kunnen leveren aan de decarbonisatie. De geplande studie analyseert het potentieel van deze vastgoedobjecten als energieleveranciers voor gemeenten en biedt concrete implementatiestrategie\u00ebn voor het optimaliseren van de gemeentelijke warmtevoorziening.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Studie &#8220;Logistikimmobilien \u2013 Draaischijven van de Supply Chain&#8221;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Deze studie, die voor het eerst in 2016 verscheen als &#8220;Witboek van het logistiek vastgoed&#8221;, onderzoekt het belang van logistiek vastgoed voor de economische bevoorrading van industrie en bevolking. Naast de uitleg van verschillende vastgoedtypen biedt het diepgaande inzichten in de economische effecten van logistiek vastgoed, met name met betrekking tot werkgelegenheid, tekort aan arbeidskrachten en regionale ontwikkeling. De studie werd begin oktober al gepresenteerd op de Expo Real in M\u00fcnchen tijdens de Logix Gemeentekonferentie.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Energie-monitoring-brochure<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De nieuwe brochure over energie-monitoring in logistiek vastgoed biedt informatie over slimme monitoringsystemen die een betere controle en optimalisatie van het energieverbruik mogelijk maken. In verschillende expertworkshops ontwikkelden leden van het Logix-initiatief en de themagroep logistiek vastgoed van de Bundesvereinigung Logistik e.V. (BVL) een standaard waaraan de systemen moeten voldoen. Deze brochure bevat een voorbeeldbouwbeschrijving die belanghebbenden kunnen gebruiken voor de uitrusting van bestaande en nieuwbouw vastgoed.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Malte-Maria M\u00fcnchow, woordvoerder van het initiatief Logistikimmobilien, benadrukt: &#8220;Met deze nieuwe publicaties laat het Logix-initiatief zien dat we ons bezighouden met de belangrijkste trendthema&#8217;s.
