Voor de toekomst van de economie krijgen ze een groeiende betekenis: het gaat om logistiek vastgoed. Tijdens de grote branchebijeenkomst van BUILDINX \u2013 INNOVATIONS FOR LOGISTICS PROPERTIES, die van 19 tot 21 november 2024 in Dortmund alle betrokkenen samenbrengt, zijn financierings- en investeringsonderwerpen daarom een belangrijk aspect. Van een status quo op de investeringsmarkt tot praktische inzichten in subsidiemogelijkheden, bezoekers kunnen een veelzijdig programma verwachten.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Dortmund) De Duitse logistieke vastgoedmarkt laat dit jaar een herstel zien. Met een indrukwekkend transactievolume van ongeveer 2,8 miljard euro in de eerste helft van het jaar werd het resultaat van vorig jaar met bijna 84 procent overtroffen, zoals blijkt uit een marktrapport van BNP Paribas Real Estate [1]. Deze positieve ontwikkeling onderstreept de toenemende aantrekkelijkheid van logistiek vastgoed als investeringsobject, vooral in tijden van economische onzekerheid.<\/p>\n

Groeiende betekenis van logistiek vastgoed<\/h5>\n

Dr. Malte-Maria M\u00fcnchow, woordvoerder van het initiatief logistiek vastgoed (Logix) en hoofd aan- en verkoop van speciale vastgoed bij Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, benadrukt in dit verband de groeiende betekenis van logistiek vastgoed voor de toekomst van de economie. Hij benadrukt met name drie centrale factoren: “Innovatie, duurzaamheid en gemeentelijke dialoog”. In zijn keynote op de BUILDINX over het onderwerp “Logistiek vastgoed-investeringsmarkt \u2013 status quo en vooruitblik” op 21.11.2024 gaat hij dieper in op dit thema. Het concept duurzaamheid bij beleggingsfondsen en welke eisen worden gesteld aan “lichtgroene” en “donkergroene” investeringen, belicht Dr. Ute Brunner-Reumann, Senior Counsel bij het internationale advocatenkantoor DLA Piper, in haar lezing op dezelfde dag.<\/p>\n

Derde dag in het teken van financi\u00eble en investeerdersonderwerpen<\/h5>\n

“Het lezingenprogramma staat op de derde dag van de BUILDINX in het teken van financi\u00eble en investeerdersonderwerpen in verband met logistiek en industrieel vastgoed,” legt Tim Knittel, projectleider van het beurs-team van de BUILDINX, uit. “De presentatie van actuele marktanalyse en investerings-trends verhoogt de transparantie op de markt en helpt bij het nemen van weloverwogen beslissingen. De BUILDINX is vanuit ons perspectief een ideaal platform voor investeerders, ontwikkelaars, financi\u00eble experts en gemeentelijke besluitvormers om zich te netwerken en partnerschappen te smeden. Dit kan leiden tot nieuwe zakelijke relaties en investeringsmogelijkheden.”
