De L&amp;R vestiging in Neuwied\/Duitsland heeft Element Logic de opdracht gegeven voor het ontwerp en de realisatie van een AutoStore-systeem voor de Oostenrijkse vestiging in Sch\u00f6nau bij Wenen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Bad Friedrichshall\/Sch\u00f6nau) De opdracht is al het tweede AutoStore-project dat Element Logic uitvoert na de succesvolle ingebruikname van een AutoStore-systeem eind 2020 bij L&amp;R in Neuwied voor de bedrijfsgroep. Met de integratie van het systeem en de optimalisatie van de intralogistiek door effectievere en ruimte-effici\u00ebntere opslag van productie- en verbruiksgoederen op de locatie Sch\u00f6nau, reageert L&amp;R op de voortdurend positieve bedrijfsontwikkeling.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de Oostenrijkse vestiging realiseert Element Logic een AutoStore-systeem met 5.200 containeropslagplaatsen. In de schachten van het aluminium raster van het systeem, het zogenaamde Grid, kunnen tot 16 containers boven elkaar worden opgeslagen. Boven het Grid nemen zes R5-robots de in-, om- en uitslagingen voor hun rekening. Ze bedienen twee orderpickstations, die als Carousel-Ports zijn ontworpen voor snelle containerwisselingen tijdens het orderpicken. &#8220;Het systeem is zo ontworpen dat \u00e9\u00e9n Carousel-Port voor de inkomende goederen en \u00e9\u00e9n Carousel-Port voor de uitgaande goederen wordt gebruikt,&#8221; legt Gerhard Hinteregger, Manager van Subsidary Element Logic Austria Sales, uit. &#8220;Hierdoor kunnen we in de uitgaande goederen de vereiste prestatie van 105 picks per uur en in de inkomende goederen van 35 picks per uur bereiken.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5>Overhangplatform voor optimale ruimtebenutting<\/h5>\n<p>Voor transparantie en maximale effici\u00ebntie rondom het AutoStore-systeem en de optimale integratie in het Warehouse Management System bij L&amp;R zorgt de opslagsoftware eManager van Element Logic. &#8220;Het is het informatieportaal en de dirigent in en rondom de AutoStore,&#8221; zegt Hinteregger. Een extra bijzonderheid: voor optimale ruimtebenutting is het systeem ontworpen met een overhangplatform. &#8220;Op deze manier kon ook de ruimte boven de ports maximaal worden benut voor de opslag van containers,&#8221; concludeert Hinteregger. &#8220;Met het oog op verdere bedrijfs groei van L&amp;R is er bovendien al een eenvoudige uitbreiding met een extra port voorbereid.
