Veel goederen in de wereldwijde handel worden per zee vervoerd in ongekoelde standaardcontainers. Voor temperatuurgevoelige goederen die op deze manier worden vervoerd, kunnen temperatuurschommelingen een risico voor de productkwaliteit betekenen. Daarom heeft de verpakkingsspecialist Ecocool GmbH uit Bremerhaven een speciale containerisolatie ontwikkeld die temperatuurgevoelige lading in standaardcontainers beschermt.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Bremerhaven) “Onze oplossing is bedoeld voor het vervoer van producten zoals wijn, bier, chemicali\u00ebn en kunststofproducten in niet-actief gekoelde zeecontainers,” zegt Ecocool-directeur Dr. Florian Siedenburg. “Want dergelijke en vergelijkbare producten kunnen en zullen niet altijd in dure reefercontainers worden vervoerd. Met onze isolatie kunnen we in vergelijking met onge\u00efsoleerde containers ongeveer 10 graden Celsius lagere binnentemperaturen garanderen.” Deze temperatuurstabilisatie wordt bereikt door de volledige bekleding van de container met het isolatiemateriaal van Ecocool. “Met onze oplossing kunnen logistiekers temperatuurgevoelige producten ook in normale zeecontainers optimaal beschermen tegen temperatuurschommelingen. Het biedt effectieve bescherming tegen hitte- en kou-invloed op zee.”<\/p>\n

Beschikbaar in verschillende formaten<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De containerisolatie is beschikbaar in de volgende formaten: 20 voet of 40 voet Dry Cube containers met of zonder bodem, evenals 40 voet High Cube containers met of zonder bodem. De containerisolatie is in opgevouwen toestand zeer ruimtebesparend en is zeer eenvoudig te monteren. De isolatiebekleding wordt eerst aan de achterste ogen van de container met een bevestigingsband geknoopt. Vervolgens wordt de bovenste geleidingsband door de zijogen geregen. In de volgende stap worden de aan de isolatiebekleding genaaide karabijnhaken in de geleidingsband geklikt. Met behulp van de geleidingsband wordt uiteindelijk de complete isolatie uitgerold.<\/p>\n
