Voor de verdere uitbreiding van de bloeiende e-commerce-activiteiten zag het bedrijf dringende behoefte en besloot het tot de bouw van een nieuw Fulfillment-Centrum in N\u00f6rvenich (NRW, Kreis D\u00fcren). Het logistieke systeem voor de nieuwe locatie wordt geleverd door de hoofdaannemer Vanderlande.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00f6nchengladbach) De Fressnapf-groep is een Duits retail- en franchisebedrijf voor huisdierbenodigdheden met hoofdkantoor in Krefeld (DE). Met meer dan 2.100 Fressnapf- en Maxi Zoo-winkels in veertien landen (Duitsland, Nederland, Oostenrijk, Zwitserland, Roemeni\u00eb, Frankrijk, Hongarije, Polen, Luxemburg, Ierland, Denemarken, Belgi\u00eb, Itali\u00eb en Kroati\u00eb) is het de grootste gespecialiseerde winkelketen voor dierenvoeding en -accessoires in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Het doel van de installatie is de verwerking van e-commerce-bestellingen uit het segment van dierenvoeding en -accessoires. Dit segment bestaat uit een zeer uitgebreid assortiment van kleine en grote artikelen, waarvan de orderverwerking zinvol geautomatiseerd kan worden. De goederenontvangst vindt plaats in een smalgang-palletrek. Van daaruit worden pallets naar de gebieden voor het verzamelen van grote en kleine onderdelen gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Het hart van de geautomatiseerde orderverwerking van kleine onderdelen is een AutoStore\u00ae-systeem, dat is aangevuld met een Vanderlande-systeemoplossing voor de gecombineerde handling van grote en kleine onderdelen.<\/p>\n<p>Door de slimme combinatie van de Vanderlande transporttechniek en de integratie van een hoogdynamisch QUICKSTORE HDS Shuttle-systeem wordt een innovatieve geautomatiseerde consolidatieproces van grote en kleine onderdelen gerealiseerd, zoals dit tot nu toe uitsluitend handmatig in vergelijkbare installaties werd opgelost.<\/p>\n<p>De systeemoplossing is gebaseerd op strikte processcheiding. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld voor de verschillende artikelgroepen ook verschillende verpakkingsgebieden en automatische sluitlijnen met volumevermindering en etikettering. Alle dozen worden automatisch opgericht en via de transporttechniek naar het juiste gebied geleid. Kernelement is de beproefde Vanderlande DOT.M-transporttechniek. Zowel voor de pakketverdeling naar de sluitlijnen als in de goederenuitgang wordt telkens een energie-effici\u00ebnte Vanderlande POSISORTER als hoogwaardig aggregaat ingezet.<\/p>\n<p>Verder zal Vanderlande een WMS op basis van SAP EWM leveren. De invoering van SAP EWM is daarmee de laatste schakel in een uniforme doorlopende SAP-architectuur van het masterdatabeheer tot aan de materiaalstroomsturing.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Toekomstbestendig automatisch systeem<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Vanderlande heeft voor Fressnapf het meest zinvolle proces in kaart gebracht en in samenwerking met de afdeling Logistics Solutions Integration van de zustermaatschappij Toyota Material Handling Deutschland een toekomstbestendig automatisch systeem ontwikkeld, dat het bedrijf door de verminderde personeelsbehoefte en het geoptimaliseerde ompakproces enerzijds onafhankelijker en anderzijds nog effici\u00ebnter maakt.<\/p>\n<p>Foto: \u00a9 Vanderlande<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fressnapf breidt zijn netwerk uit met een geautomatiseerd magazijn voor de e-commerce-afhandeling.
