Panattoni, de grootste ontwikkelaar van logistiek vastgoed in Europa, breidt zijn activiteiten uit met de toetreding tot de Belgische markt. Jeroen Gerritsen is aangesteld als General Manager voor Belgi\u00eb en zal de nieuwe onderneming leiden. De toetreding tot de markt is een logische strategische stap voor de projectontwikkelaar Panattoni, die ook in Duitsland over een marktleidende expertise beschikt op het gebied van het aanbieden van hoogwaardige, duurzame logistiek vastgoed.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Hamburg) Met zijn belangrijke havens en uitstekende verbindingen met de belangrijkste Europese markten, waaronder Duitsland, Frankrijk, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, is Belgi\u00eb een belangrijke schakel in de Europese logistieke sector. Vanwege zijn gunstige ligging is het land bovendien een aantrekkelijke locatie voor de vestiging van multifunctionele logistieke faciliteiten. In Belgi\u00eb is er een groeiende vraag naar kwalitatief hoogwaardige en duurzame logistieke faciliteiten, wat perfect aansluit bij de zelfverbintenis van Panattoni om alle nieuwe projecten tot 2025 CO2<\/sub>-vrij te maken. Het eerste project in Belgi\u00eb zal naar verwachting in Walloni\u00eb worden gerealiseerd. De bouw zal in de herfst beginnen.<\/p>\n

Robert Dobrzycki, CEO en mede-eigenaar van Panattoni Europe, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en India, legt uit: “Belgi\u00eb is een centraal knooppunt in de Europese logistieke sector. Door duurzame vastgoedoplossingen te ontwikkelen die zijn afgestemd op de specifieke behoeften van de Belgische markt, willen we bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en duurzaamheid van de Belgische infrastructuur en onze klanten de mogelijkheid bieden zich in Belgi\u00eb te vestigen.”<\/p>\n

Jeroen Gerritsen, General Manager Belgi\u00eb, voegt toe: “We zijn optimistisch over de mogelijkheden die de Belgische markt ons biedt en kijken ernaar uit om ter plaatse te opereren, relaties op te bouwen en te groeien in deze dynamische logistieke omgeving. We kijken ernaar uit om binnenkort ons aanbod van toekomstbestendige, multifunctionele bedrijfsruimtes in Belgi\u00eb voor te stellen.”<\/p>\n

Ter ondersteuning van de uitbreiding heeft Panattoni Joren van Hout aangesteld als Technical Development Director voor Belgi\u00eb. Verdere benoemingen zullen binnenkort volgen. Met meer dan 12 jaar ervaring in de publieke en private bouwsector, onder andere bij Heylen Warehouses en als projectmanager voor de gemeente Westerlo in de provincie Antwerpen, brengt Van Hout waardevolle kennis en ervaring mee.<\/p>\n

Verantwoordelijk voor relaties<\/h5>\n

In zijn nieuwe functie als directeur technische ontwikkeling zal Van Hout de relaties met de publieke sector, bouwbedrijven, architecten, ingenieursbureaus en andere technische adviesbureaus onderhouden. In de projectontwikkeling zal hij ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor de technische due diligence-processen, de aansturing en de budgettering van de projecten.<\/p>\n
