Om de logistieke processen te optimaliseren en de energie-effici\u00ebntie van de nieuwe opslaglocatie te verhogen, realiseert de Zwitserse intralogistiek-expert Swisslog naast de installatie van een automatisch hoogbouwmagazijn, een automatisch middenonderdelenmagazijn en een AutoStore-systeem ook de MFR-module van de software SynQ. De opdracht omvat 40 miljoen Zwitserse frank.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Buchs\/Villmergen) Grote opdracht voor Swisslog: De Zwitserse Post vertrouwt opnieuw op de expertise van de Zwitserse intralogistiek-expert na een eerste gezamenlijk automatiseringsproject in Villmergen AG. Swisslog neemt de volledige realisatie van de intralogistiek voor de nieuwbouw van haar logistiek centrum in Villmergen (LZV) voor de Zwitserse Post op zich. In dit kader zal Swisslog een nieuw automatisch hoogbouwmagazijn, een automatisch middenonderdelenmagazijn en een geautomatiseerd kleinonderdelenmagazijn inclusief materiaalstroombeheer installeren. Het nieuwe logistiek centrum zal de opslagcapaciteit van het logistiek centrum voor ziekenhuislogistieke goederen, gevaarlijke stoffen of bijvoorbeeld goederen uit de online handel verdrievoudigen. Met de nieuwbouw wordt de opslagruimte vergroot van 20.000 naar 57.000 vierkante meter. De eerste paal voor het grote project werd geslagen op 22 juni 2022. De ingebruikname van het logistiek centrum is gepland voor 2025.<\/p>\n<p>De Zwitserse Post en Swisslog hebben een langdurige samenwerking. Al sinds de jaren &#8217;90 werkt Swisslog succesvol samen met de Post. Op de locatie Villmergen werd in 2016 gezamenlijk de eerste stap naar automatisering gezet met de installatie van een AutoStore-systeem. &#8220;We zijn erg blij dat de Zwitserse Post ons opnieuw haar vertrouwen schenkt,&#8221; zegt Heinrich L\u00fcthi, directeur Swisslog Zwitserland, &#8220;en we zijn trots dat we samen dit vlaggenschipproject voor de regio mogen realiseren.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Automatisch hoogbouwmagazijn met 23.000 palletplaatsen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Swisslog heeft ons overtuigd met hun logistieke en technische oplossingen om samen het magazijn van de toekomst te cre\u00ebren,&#8221; zegt Roland Heizmann, hoofd goederenlogistiek bij de Zwitserse Post. &#8220;Succesvolle projecten in het verleden hebben ook een solide vertrouwensrelatie tot stand gebracht.&#8221; De nu aangevatte uitbreiding in Villmergen omvat een hoogbouwmagazijn met 23.000 palletplaatsen, een middenonderdelenmagazijn met 20.000 planken en een AutoStore-systeem met een capaciteit van 125.000 containers voor kleinonderdelen. Bij de softwarebesturing vertrouwt de Zwitserse Post bovendien op de Swisslog-software SynQ.
