De John Spedition blijft als zelfstandige onderneming op de locatie binnen de groep bestaan. Hiermee groeit Zufall naar elf locaties in heel Duitsland.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(G\u00f6ttingen\/Eichenzell) De John Spedition GmbH is gespecialiseerd in transportdiensten, distributie-, inkoop- en contractlogistiek. Momenteel heeft het bedrijf meer dan 100 medewerkers in dienst. Als partner van CargoLine \u2013 een van de grootste stukgoednetwerken \u2013 is John in heel Duitsland verbonden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMet John winnen we een regionaal sterk gewortelde logistieke dienstverlener met een hoge kwaliteitsnorm, die ook met zijn bedrijfscultuur perfect bij ons past\u201c, is Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg, CEO van de ZUFALL logistics group, overtuigd.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Dezelfde basis bezegelde de deal<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Birgit Bergemann is sinds 2011 eigenaar van de John Spedition GmbH. Ze vertelt over de beslissing voor ZUFALL: \u201eHet was een grote stap voor mij om het roer uit handen te geven en de verantwoordelijkheid in nieuwe handen te leggen. Ik heb niet alleen het bedrijf geleid, maar voel een diepe verbondenheid met de onderneming en de mensen die hier werken. In een nauwe, partnerschappelijke uitwisseling heb ik daarom voor Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg en de ZUFALL logistics group als nieuwe eigenaar van de John Spedition gekozen.\u201c Birgit Bergemann blijft als managing director in het bedrijf.<\/p>\n<p>Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg voegt toe: \u201eHier komen twee bedrijven samen die op dezelfde basis staan: familiebedrijven met een lange traditie en een omgang met medewerkers, klanten en partners die gekenmerkt wordt door eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Meer stabiliteit in de regio Fulda<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eHet dienstenaanbod van John en zijn perfecte locatie voor transportbedrijven bij het knooppunt Fulda versterken onze aanwezigheid in Oost-Hessen op ideale wijze\u201c, aldus Peter M\u00fcller-Kronberg.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMet twee locaties in de regio winnen we aan stabiliteit en stellen we ons toekomstbestendig op.
