In Wietzendorf, in het driehoek tussen Hamburg, Hannover en Bremen, heeft Logivest een opslagruimte van ongeveer 17.000 vierkante meter bemiddeld voor het wereldwijde logistieke bedrijf A.P. Moller - Maersk.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(M\u00fcnchen\/Hamburg) Maersk was op zoek naar een interim centraal magazijn voor een internationaal opererende sportartikelenfabrikant. De zoekcriteria op het gebied van grootte, hoogte, locatie en tijdslijn vormden ook voor de ervaren logistiek vastgoedadviseur een uitdaging. “Bremen is vanwege de goede verbindingen per spoor, weg en zee een gewilde logistieke locatie. De vraag overstijgt veruit de steeds schaarser wordende ruimtes. Ook in de verdere omgeving zijn grootschalige projecten zoals deze logistieke nieuwbouw in Wietzendorf eerder zeldzaam,” aldus Marvin Hesse, hoofd van Industrial and Logistics Letting bij Logivest in Hamburg.<\/p>\n

Het logistieke vastgoed, dat in 2022 volgens de nieuwste normen is gebouwd, beschikt over een vrije hoogte van twaalf meter, een gedeeltelijke stelling en een blokopslag. De aanvoer gebeurt via meerdere laadperrons. Gelegen direct aan de Bundesstra\u00dfe 3 en met directe aansluiting op de snelweg A7, is de Hansestad Bremen en het goederenvervoercentrum in minder dan een uur rijtijd bereikbaar.<\/p>\n

De inname van de ruimtes kon, zoals door Maersk gewenst, al plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n
