Ongeveer honderd kilometer ten westen van Stockholm realiseert TGW tot januari 2026 een vlaggenschipproject voor de nummer 1 in de Zweedse levensmiddelenhandel, ICA Zweden. Met het hooggeautomatiseerde Fulfillment Center zal ICA Zweden de effici\u00ebntie van zijn processen verhogen en de leveringen aan de filialen aanzienlijk versnellen.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Marchtrenk\/Solna) Een 30 meter hoge diepvries-palletopslag voorziet het dynamische shuttlesysteem van voorraad. Laatstgenoemde maakt directe toegang tot elk afzonderlijk artikel mogelijk en zorgt zo voor de kortste doorlooptijden. Om de filialenbestellingen te verzamelen, wordt de benodigde goederen uitgeladen, geordend en vervolgens volledig of gedeeltelijk automatisch samengevoegd tot filiaalgeschikte rolcontainers bij de palletiseerstations. De verschillende functionele gebieden van de installatie zijn verbonden met energie-effici\u00ebnte pallet-, karton- en containertransporttechniek.<\/p>\n

Effici\u00ebnte filiaalbevoorrading<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De TGW Warehouse Software zorgt voor de optimale indeling van de artikelen, om de inspanning voor het vullen van de schappen in de filialen zo laag mogelijk te houden. De compacte indeling van de verschillende modules maakt bovendien een aanzienlijke vermindering van het te koelen ruimtevolume mogelijk in vergelijking met handmatige orderverzameling. Dit ondersteunt ICA bij het bereiken van zijn duurzaamheidsdoelen.<\/p>\n

Alle modules zijn ontworpen voor de veeleisende inzet in de diepvriesomgeving bij -25 graden Celsius: ze dekken zowel het opslagproces als de orderverzameling en palletisering. Hun productiviteit, effici\u00ebntie en betrouwbaarheid bewijzen ze dag na dag bij tientallen bedrijven over de hele wereld \u2013 bijvoorbeeld bij Coop (Zwitserland), NewCold of Nordfrost.<\/p>\n

Gezamenlijke automatiseringsreis<\/strong><\/h5>\n
