Na een uitgebreide beoordeling zijn in augustus van het afgelopen jaar de offici\u00eble certificaten aan het softwarebedrijf verleend.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Greven) \u201eBij de certificering hebben we in de eerste plaats aan onze klanten gedacht. Zij vertrouwen ons hun gevoelige bedrijfsinformatie toe en rekenen erop dat deze bij ons veilig is\u201c, zegt Erik Roguschke, informatiebeveiligingsfunctionaris van de LIS Logistische Informationssysteme AG. \u201eAls internationaal opererend bedrijf is het voor ons belangrijk om te voldoen aan de eisen van een Europese norm. Op deze manier is het ook voor onze buitenlandse klanten onmiddellijk duidelijk dat hun gegevens bij ons in goede handen zijn.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Voor de certificering volgens DIN EN 50600 moest het softwarebedrijf uit het M\u00fcnsterland voldoen aan eisen voor de planning, de nieuwbouw en de exploitatie van het datacenter, zoals de stroomvoorziening, klimaatbeheersing of brandbeveiliging. Door middel van ISO\/IEC 27001 kan de LIS AG een normconforme werking van het datacenter met zijn processen en interfaces aantonen.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Groot project met hoge inzet<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eHet was een groot project met hoge inzet, maar ook een kans om zich van de directe concurrentie te onderscheiden\u201c, zegt Johannes Willenberg, afdelingshoofd IT van de LIS AG. De eisen waren hoog \u2013 veel processen binnen het bedrijf werden beoordeeld en waar nodig aangepast. \u201eBijna elke steen werd omgedraaid om aan de eisen van de certificering te voldoen\u201c, aldus Willenberg.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de procesoptimalisaties in alle afdelingen \u2013 te beginnen bij de IT-afdeling, die het hart van de certificering vormt, via de personeelsafdeling, de softwareontwikkeling, de inkoop en de juridische afdeling tot aan het secretariaat en de boekhouding \u2013 werden ook bouwkundige aanpassingen gedaan, zoals de installatie van een toegangssysteem voor het gebouw. De grootste fysieke maatregel was de nieuwbouw van het datacenter in 2020. Dit werd al volgens de DIN EN 50600-norm gepland en gebouwd.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Al 120 klanten maken gebruik van de cloudservices<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Al 120 klanten maken gebruik van de LIS Cloud Services met hun hoge veiligheidsnormen. Back-up- en updateservices worden bijvoorbeeld automatisch uitgevoerd. Bovendien ontstaan er geen kosten voor de aanschaf en het onderhoud van de benodigde hardware door het gebruik van de LIS-servers. Dit elimineert tegelijkertijd de extra inspanning voor de implementatie en voor het personeel dat de databeveiliging in de IT-afdelingen van de bedrijven beheert. Het aansluiten van andere apparaten en werkstations is ook probleemloos mogelijk.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Voortdurend werken aan de veiligheidsprocessen<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u201eOok al is de grootste stap nu gezet, we zullen voortdurend aan onze veiligheidsprocessen blijven werken. Alleen zo kunnen we slagen in de jaarlijkse audits.
