De Logivest, een landelijk opererend adviesbedrijf met focus op logistiek vastgoed en locaties, zet haar expansie voort en opent haar twaalfde vestiging in D\u00fcsseldorf. Naast de reeds in Keulen gevestigde dochteronderneming, de Logivest NRW GmbH, is D\u00fcsseldorf nu de tweede vertegenwoordiging in Noordrijn-Westfalen. <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(M\u00fcnchen\/D\u00fcsseldorf) Terwijl de locatie in Keulen verantwoordelijk blijft voor het vastgoedadvies in heel Noordrijn-Westfalen, zal de nieuwe vestiging in D\u00fcsseldorf fungeren als een strategische regionale locatie. Naast het Key Account Management zal ook de CSO Michael Starre en de Logivest Projectmanagement GmbH vanuit het nieuwe kantoor opereren.<\/p>\n

\u201eHet doel is om onze klanten, ook buiten de twaalf locaties, in alle bedrijventerreinen in Duitsland een persoonlijke, regionale en integrale service rondom logistiek vastgoed en locaties te bieden. Hierbij ondersteunt ook ons Key Account Management, waarmee we grote klanten zoals gebruikers met meerdere locaties, maar ook eigenaren, ontwikkelaars en verhuurders, een centrale contactpersoon kunnen bieden\u201c, zegt Kuno Neumeier, oprichter en CEO van de Logivest Groep.<\/p>\n

Positie in Duitsland verder uitbreiden<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Met de nieuwe vestiging breidt Logivest haar positie op de Duitse logistiek vastgoedmarkt verder uit. In de afgelopen jaren heeft het eigenaarsbedrijf zich ontwikkeld tot de grootste onafhankelijke logistiek vastgoedadviseur in Duitsland. Wat ooit een makelaarskantoor was, is uitgegroeid tot een bedrijfsorganisatie met meer dan 110 medewerkers, twaalf locaties, meerdere GmbH’s, disciplines en diensten, en een integrale adviesaanpak rondom logistiek vastgoed en locaties.<\/p>\n

Verantwoordelijkheid verdeeld over meerdere personen<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele vastgoedadviesactiviteiten is inmiddels verdeeld over meerdere personen: terwijl de twee zelfstandige GmbH’s in Stuttgart en Keulen sinds hun oprichting worden geleid door Nikolai Windh\u00e4user (Managing Director Logivest Stuttgart GmbH) en Thomas Schmidt (Managing Director Logivest NRW GmbH), zijn Michael Starre (Chief Sales Officer) en Marco Mendes (Chief Operating Officer) verantwoordelijk voor de overige vastgoedadviesactiviteiten in Duitsland. Zij worden ondersteund door regionale teamleiders, de Head of Industrial and Logistics Letting, en de respectieve consultants.<\/p>\n

Toegenomen behoefte aan nieuwbouwadvies<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Daarnaast biedt Logivest met de Logivest Concept GmbH al meer dan tien jaar gedegen locatieadvies en -analyse. Sinds 2021 is de Logivest Projectmanagement GmbH onder leiding van Managing Director Carsten Felix toegevoegd, die inspeelt op de toegenomen behoefte aan nieuwbouwadvies en de projectbegeleiding voor nieuwbouwontwikkelingen in heel Duitsland op zich neemt.<\/p>\n
