Vanuit het perspectief van de rechtbank herstelt de wijziging van de Postwet die in 2021 door de Bondsdag is goedgekeurd de juridische fouten van de postvergunning niet. Naast de BIEK hebben de Deutsche Rentenversicherung, de Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin en de bedrijven Arriva, Postcon, PIN en Letterei tegen de vergunning geprocedeerd.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berlijn) De voorzitter van de BIEK, Marten Bosselmann, verwelkomt de beslissing van de bestuursrechter. Hij verklaart: \u201eDe uitspraak bevestigt opnieuw onze juridische positie. Door inactief te blijven heeft de BNetzA buitensporige tarieven ten koste van de briefklanten geaccepteerd. Bovendien heeft zij de DPAG aanzienlijke concurrentieverstoringen op de pakketmarkt mogelijk gemaakt. De huidige juridische situatie, waarbij onrechtmatige winsten van dergelijke omvang bij de DPAG kunnen blijven, moet dringend worden veranderd.
