Hiermee zet Hellmann zijn succesvolle expansiestrategie in het segment van nachtkoeriersdiensten voort en ontsluit het een belangrijk deel van de Centraal- en Oost-Europese markt<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck\/Praag) De aandeelhouder Ond\u0159ej Z\u00edta blijft Managing Director en zal samen met Wilfried Hesselmann (Head of CEP Europe, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics) de operationele activiteiten naadloos voortzetten, zodat de zakelijke relaties met alle klanten zoals gebruikelijk kunnen worden voortgezet.<\/p>\n<p>De in 2016 in Praag opgerichte nachtkoeriersspecialist OptimNet heeft zich de afgelopen jaren zowel op de Tsjechische als sinds 2018 op de Slowaakse markt zeer succesvol ontwikkeld. Nadat vorig jaar met de overname van Innight al de Hongaarse en Roemeense markt werd ontsloten, heeft Hellmann met deze overname nu de aansluiting naar Duitsland gerealiseerd en zal het in de toekomst vooral de nachtkoeriersdiensten voor de agrarische en automotive sector verder uitbreiden. Zo speelt Hellmann in op de voortdurend groeiende vraag naar een soepele en snelle levering van vervangingsonderdelen in dit strategisch belangrijke kernklantsegment en zal het ook andere segmenten ontsluiten.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Uitbreiding van het nachtkoeriersaanbod<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&#8220;Met de uitbreiding van ons nachtkoeriersaanbod in Oost-Europa zetten we een verdere consequente stap in onze expansiestrategie, die we begin vorig jaar hebben ingezet en sindsdien succesvol hebben verder ontwikkeld,&#8221; aldus J\u00f6rg Herwig, Chief Operating Officer Road &amp; Rail, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ik ben blij dat we alle 37 medewerkers van OptimNet kunnen overnemen.
