De ongeveer 30.000 vierkante meter logistieke ruimte op het ongeveer 65.000 vierkante meter grote terrein is verdeeld over drie hallen. Daarnaast bieden twee aangebouwde kantoorgebouwen de logistieke dienstverlener uit het Westfaalse Greven de mogelijkheid om in te spelen op zijn groeipad in de sector consumentenproducten.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Greven\/Peine) Momenteel bevindt de operationele activiteit zich in de opstartfase, voor een klant wordt al in de live-operatie gewerkt en goederen verzonden. In de uiteindelijke opzet zullen er in Fiege&#8217;s nieuwe logistiek centrum tot 150 nieuwe arbeidsplaatsen ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe metropoolregio Hannover-Braunschweig-G\u00f6ttingen-Wolfsburg is voor ons een belangrijke distributielocatie. Peine heeft een uitstekende logistieke aansluiting en is daarmee bij uitstek geschikt om omnichannel-logistiek voor consumptiegoederen te realiseren\u201c, zegt Christoph Mangelmans, Managing Director bij Fiege in de sector consumentenproducten. Door de centrale ligging op het snijpunt van nationale en internationale verkeersassen biedt de locatie optimale voorwaarden voor de internationale inkoop- en distributieactiviteiten van Fiege, legt Mangelmans verder uit, \u201eons logistiek centrum in Peine heeft een directe aansluiting op de A2 en de A7.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Het bouwproject werd uitgevoerd door de afdeling Fiege Real Estate samen met de projectpartners Deka Immobilien, LIST Bau Bielefeld en Kr\u00fcger Consult GmbH als projectmanager. Tussen de start van de bouw en de voltooiing verstreken slechts goed tien maanden. Thoralf Schuster, Managing Director bij Fiege Real Estate, zegt: \u201eIn het kader van ons nieuwbouwproject stonden we in voortdurend contact met de stad Peine. We willen de stad uitdrukkelijk bedanken voor de ondersteuning. We voelen ons hier als familiebedrijf zeer op ons gemak.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwbouw in Peine is optimaal afgestemd op de logistieke processen bij Fiege en biedt een hoge gebruiksflexibiliteit, waardoor er variabel op verschillende klantbehoeften kan worden ingespeeld. \u201eHet is al indrukwekkend hoe snel de nieuwbouw vorm en gestalte heeft aangenomen\u201c, legt Klaus Saemann, burgemeester van Peine, uit. \u201eWe zijn blij dat we het familiebedrijf Fiege in onze regio welkom mogen heten.\u201c<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Klimvriendelijke infrastructuur<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Fiege hecht ook in Peine veel waarde aan een energie-effici\u00ebnte werking. De nieuwbouw voldoet aan de eisen van de Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB) en is dienovereenkomstig gecertificeerd.
