Deze vernieuwing is van groot belang voor de e-commerce. Simon Lembke, verantwoordelijk voor douaneapplicaties bij DAKOSY, adviseert om snel over te schakelen naar de nieuwe systemen: &#8220;De tot nu toe door de douane geaccepteerde Excel-lijsten zullen binnenkort worden vervangen.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Het softwarebedrijf DAKOSY heeft zijn eigen softwareontwikkeling voor de douanesoftware ZODIAK GE afgerond en is klaar voor de inwerkingtreding van IMPOST. Hiermee biedt het Hamburgse bedrijf de e-commercehandel vanaf het begin een geautomatiseerde oplossing aan.<\/p>\n<p>De uitdaging voor de prijsgevoelige en op korte levertijden gerichte e-commercehandel is dat het massale zakendoen snel en met zo min mogelijk personeel moet worden afgehandeld. Dit vereist een hoog automatiseringsniveau. &#8220;In totaal moet elk pakket tijdens de invoer drie procedures doorlopen - eerst de veiligheidsprocedure ICS, dan de summiere aangifte en tenslotte de vrijgave voor het vrije verkeer. Laatstgenoemde zal in de toekomst worden afgehandeld met de IT-toepassing IMPOST,&#8221; verduidelijkt Lembke het meerstapsproces.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Drie geautomatiseerde douaneprocessen <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De douanesoftware-oplossing van DAKOSY voert elk afzonderlijk pakket automatisch door de drie douaneprocedures. &#8220;De verzender wordt via een status op de hoogte gesteld van eventuele afwijkingen, bijvoorbeeld over een controlemaatregel. Gericht kan het gevraagde pakket onder duizenden eenheden worden ge\u00efdentificeerd, zodat de rest van de zending niet door de vertraging wordt be\u00efnvloed,&#8221; legt Lembke uit. Als basis voor de douaneapplicatie zijn alleen de douanerelevante ruwe gegevens van de zendingen nodig, die bijvoorbeeld via een interface of in Excel-formaat aan DAKOSY worden overgedragen.<\/p>\n<p>De softwaredienstverlener heeft uitgebreide ervaring op het gebied van douanesoftware. Hij is gecertificeerd voor alle douaneprocedures in Duitsland met het douanesysteem ATLAS en kan grensoverschrijdend in veel EU-buurlanden worden ingezet.
