De verbinding van mensen, gebouwen en technologie\u00ebn gebeurt via een gebruiksvriendelijke app. &#8220;qprem&#8221; viert zijn premi\u00e8re op het ITS-wereldcongres in Hamburg van 11 tot 15 oktober 2021.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dreieich) Four Parx, een projectontwikkelaar die zich richt op innovatieve en duurzame commerci\u00eble en logistieke ruimtes, heeft samen met qualified premises GmbH, qprem, een start-up opgericht die als doel heeft het integrale digitale beheer en de administratie van commercieel en industrieel vastgoed effici\u00ebnt en eenvoudig te organiseren via een softwareplatform. qprem verbindt als digitaal ecosysteem met behulp van een mobiele app mensen, gebouwen en aangesloten technologie\u00ebn en systemen voor de besturing en het beheer hiervan.<\/p>\n<p>Door de verschillende systemen en apparaten met elkaar te verbinden, ontstaan er op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor het &#8220;Internet der Dingen&#8221;, met inachtneming van de hoogste veiligheidsnormen. Francisco J. B\u00e4hr, managing partner van Four Parx Holding GmbH, commentarieert de oprichting van de start-up als volgt: &#8220;Bij qprem komen onze vastgoed- en logistieke knowhow en ervaring samen met uitstekende competentie in softwareontwikkeling.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Voor exploitanten, gebruikers, huurders, het vastgoedbeheer en het facilitair management ontstaan er door de qprem-toepassingen talrijke meerwaarden. Zo kunnen bijvoorbeeld parkeerplaatsen worden toegewezen, parkeerruimtes worden bewaakt en afrekeningen online worden uitgevoerd via digitaal parkeerbeheer. Hierdoor kunnen parkeerplaatsen veel effici\u00ebnter worden benut. Een slim en veilig toegangssysteem regelt de bevoegdheden van personenauto&#8217;s en vrachtwagens. qprem biedt bovendien de digitale infrastructuur voor de integratie van toegang- en toegangscontrolesystemen. Een digitale terrein- en gebouwplattegrond leidt bezoekers veilig en op de snelste manier naar hun bestemming.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ook gebruik en afrekening van E-laadpalen<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ook het gebruik en de afrekening van E-laadpalen kunnen via qprem gemakkelijk worden beheerd en uitgevoerd. Dit zijn slechts enkele voorbeeldtoepassingen van het softwareplatform.<\/p>\n<p>De razendsnelle digitalisering vereist dat we ook onze gebouwen hiervoor voorbereiden. De zinvolle toepassingsmogelijkheden in het beheer van vastgoed zijn zo divers, maar we hebben geen aanbieder op de markt gevonden die aan onze eisen voldoet met een uniforme softwareplatform. Om deze reden hebben we als innovatieve projectontwikkelaar qprem opgericht om een applicatiesoftware te cre\u00ebren die aan deze eisen voldoet.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Eerste presentatie op het ITS-wereldcongres in Hamburg<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Four Parx demonstreert de voordelen van qprem \u2013 naast hun innovatieve concepten voor commercieel en logistiek vastgoed \u2013 voor het eerst op het ITS-wereldcongres in Hamburg van 11 tot 15 oktober 2021 op hun eigen innovatiestand in Hal B7, Stand B7\/421. De oplossingen worden gepresenteerd aan de hand van het bijna voltooide twee verdiepingen tellende commercieel en logistiek vastgoedproject &#8220;MACH2&#8221; in Hamburg.
