De intralogistieke expert uit Hamburg heeft hiervoor een totaaloplossing uit \u00e9\u00e9n hand geleverd, die nu is afgerond.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Hamburg\/Schweinfurt) 985 opslagplaatsen voor gaasboxen, kunststof grootverpakkingen en europallets, verspreid over vijf gangen van elk 17,7 meter lengte met een afzethoogte van 6,25 meter \u2013 dat was de uitgangssituatie in het hoogbouwmagazijn van ZF in Schweinfurt. Tot nu toe kwamen de productieonderdelen via een sluizen in het magazijn en werden daar handmatig opgeslagen. Om dit proces, inclusief het rekensysteem, smalle gangmagazijn en transport van de sluizen naar het magazijn volledig te automatiseren, leverde Jungheinrich zowel de rekensystemen met gebiedstoegangsbesturing als de transporttechniek.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Driedubbele controle langs de transporttechniek<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De pallets en boxen ondergaan voortaan langs de transporttechniek een driedubbele controle: ruimte voor planken, gewicht- en contourcontrole. Nadat hun barcodes automatisch zijn gelezen, worden ze door rollenconveyors van twee kanten naar het hoogbouwmagazijn getransporteerd. Daar neemt een EKX 516ka, de autonome en geautomatiseerde versie van de standaard smalle gangheftruck EKX van Jungheinrich, het over. Hij transporteert de laadunits naar de respectieve plaats in het ZF-magazijn \u2013 24 uur per dag. Rails langs de reksteunen in de gangen voorzien de EKX 516ka, die over een ingebouwd laadstation beschikt, van stroom. &#8220;Dankzij de inductieve geleiding en de kortere constructie is de EKX 516ka zeer goed geschikt om nauwkeurig in deze smalle gang te navigeren,&#8221; voegt Susanne Zitzmann, projectleider bij Jungheinrich, toe.<\/p>\n<p>Een melding over de in- en uitlagering gebeurt direct en zonder handmatig scannen van het heftruck naar het magazijnbeheersysteem, wat de effici\u00ebntie verder verhoogt.
