Het internationale transport- en logistiekbedrijf heeft tijdens de coronapandemie bijzondere idee\u00ebn ontwikkeld om zijn systeemrelevante medewerkers in deze uitdagende tijden extra te motiveren en hun prestaties te waarderen.<\/p>\n<p>(Frankfurt am Main\/Lauterach) Met de campagne &#8216;#GWmovesOn \u2013 Helden in der Logistik&#8217; werd het werk van het personeel zowel intern als extern gecommuniceerd. Zo &#8216;vertelde&#8217; Gebr\u00fcder Weiss op zijn social media-kanalen bijvoorbeeld 60 individuele verhalen van zijn medewerkers uit meer dan 16 landen. In een speciale uitgave van het meerdere malen bekroonde klantenmagazine ATLAS werden deze tijdens de pandemie verzamelde verhalen bovendien gepubliceerd. &#8216;Met deze actie wilden we onze medewerkers de erkenning geven die ze verdienen vanwege hun onvermoeibare inzet sinds het begin van de pandemie&#8217;, aldus Peter Kloiber, lid van de directie bij Gebr\u00fcder Weiss. &#8216;We tonen aan dat hier mensen met verschillende interesses, talenten en sterke punten werken en wat er allemaal in hen zit. Het zijn deze medewerkers die achter de &#8216;heldenverhalen&#8217; staan en daar zijn we trots op&#8217;, voegt Peter Kloiber toe.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Belangrijke brancheprijs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De German Brand Award erkent sterke campagnes, concepten en strategie\u00ebn voor hun merkbeheer in de categorie\u00ebn &#8216;Excellent Brands&#8217; en &#8216;Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation&#8217;. Dit jaar waren er 1.134 inzendingen uit 17 landen.
