Tot en met de vraag of de trimodale terminal ‘Gateway Basel Nord’ gebouwd kan worden, moeten er nog verschillende procedures doorlopen worden. De situatie is onoverzichtelijk en wordt nu op een infographic overzichtelijk weergegeven. Swissterminal is bij alle openstaande punten betrokken. Ook de geplande havenkom 3 is hierbij betrokken.<\/p>\n

(Basel) Gateway Basel Nord doorloopt op weg naar de uitvoering verschillende overheidsprocedures, waarin ook de mogelijkheid tot juridische stappen is voorzien. Zo bereikte Swissterminal na de afronding van de subsidieregeling (mede-financiering van de Gateway door de federale overheid) dat de procedure onder haar betrokkenheid herhaald moet worden. In onze info-tabel ziet u de verschillende procedures die zich met Gateway Basel Nord bezighouden en hun onderlinge verbanden:
