Met de introductie van twee nieuwe GPS-trackers breidt PLT GmbH haar aanbod voor transport- en servicebedrijven uit. De bijzonder kleine GPS-trackers kunnen in een paar seconden in het voertuig worden ge\u00efnstalleerd en maken GPS-monitoring van de gehele vloot mogelijk, zelfs bij vaak wisselende of kortdurend gehuurde voertuigen.<\/p>\n

(Berlijn) Digitale vlootbeheer en voertuigdispositie zijn effici\u00ebnt wanneer ze flexibel worden beheerd. Starre structuren maken plaats voor dynamische planning die altijd precies is afgestemd op de actuele orderstatus. Deze trend wordt door de op voertuigtelematica gespecialiseerde PLT GmbH gevolgd met de introductie van een nieuwe generatie GPS-trackers.<\/p>\n

Deze kunnen met \u00e9\u00e9n handbeweging in het voertuig worden gestoken en zijn direct inzetbaar. De GPS-tracker PLT Compact OBD mini is een verdere ontwikkeling van het voorgaande model. Enerzijds is het apparaat nu aanzienlijk kleiner. Dit is vooral voordelig in die voertuigen waarin de OBD-aansluiting achter een klep verborgen is, of zo gepositioneerd is dat een conventioneel grote OBD-tracker de bestuurder in de voetruimte zou storen. Anderzijds is de kleine module in staat om CAN-busgegevens uit te lezen en bijvoorbeeld de werkelijke kilometerstand en de brandstofstand door te geven.<\/p>\n

Eenvoudig Plug & Play-principe<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Het eenvoudige Plug & Play-principe geldt ook voor de tweede tracker die PLT deze week presenteert. De PLT Compact Mobile NG wordt ook in het voertuig gestoken. Echter, niet in de OBD-aansluiting, maar in het 12V-auto-stopcontact. De tracker vervangt de tot nu toe door PLT aangeboden combinatie van OBD-tracker en 12V-adapterkabel, die vooral in de bouwsector werd gebruikt.<\/p>\n

Beide nieuwe apparaten bieden uiteraard ook de standaard locatiefuncties. Nauwkeurig vastgelegde gegevens over onder andere locatie, snelheid en stilstandtijden worden in het TrackPilot-portaal geanalyseerd in betekenisvolle rapporten en statistieken zoals bijvoorbeeld het elektronische rittenboek.<\/p>\n

GPS-trackers zijn niet meer weg te denken
\n<\/strong>
\nGPS-trackers zijn tegenwoordig in veel economische sectoren niet meer weg te denken. Steeds meer bedrijven profiteren van transparantie en digitale vastlegging van mobiele processen. De tijd van ingewikkelde oplossingen met externe antennes, kabels en ingewikkelde installaties in het voertuig behoort inmiddels tot het verleden.<\/p>\n

In combinatie met het afsluiten van een TrackPilot-gebruiksovereenkomst kunnen de apparaten ofwel gekocht of gehuurd worden.<\/p>\n
