De Alt FineCom Finishing-eCommerce-Logistics GmbH met hoofdkantoor in Plattling opent een vierde locatie bij Passau. Hiermee heeft de familiebedrijf logistiekdienstverlener voor hoogwaardige lifestyle- en modeproducten in totaal 95.000 m\u00b2 logistieke ruimte en heeft tot het einde van het jaar 400 medewerkers in dienst.<\/p>\n

(Hamburg) De nieuwe locatie ligt 20 kilometer voor Passau, vlakbij de A3, afrit Aicha vorm Wald. FineCom betrekt daar een logistiek pand van 18.000 m\u00b2 met pallet- en stellingopslag, inclusief ruimte voor orderverzameling, waarde-added diensten, kleinere veiligheidsopslag en administratie.<\/p>\n

In gebruik sinds half februari<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Met de verhuizing van de eerste vier klanten heeft het logistiekcentrum Passau zijn activiteiten half februari gestart. Daaronder een nieuwe klant voor elektronische sluitingen. Verdere bestaande en nieuwe klanten volgen parallel aan de opbouw van het personeel tot eind 2021. Momenteel rust het duurzaam geori\u00ebnteerde bedrijf de kant-en-klare hallen uit met LED-verlichting. Voor duurzame energieopwekking is een zonnepaneleninstallatie gepland. De gehuurde hal vergroot de logistieke ruimte met 20 procent tot 95.000 m\u00b2. Met de vierde locatie en nog eens 100 arbeidsplaatsen in fulltime en parttime komt het bedrijf tot eind 2021 tegemoet aan het toenemende volume in de verzend- en retourlogistiek in de eCommerce. In totaal bedient FineCom meer dan 100 fabrikanten en handelaren in de B2C- en B2B-sector met volledig gedigitaliseerde processen van bestelling tot verzending en uitgebreide verwerking van retouren.<\/p>\n

Geschikte woning in enkele weken gevonden<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“De eCommerce-handel explodeert. Logistiek heeft ruimte nodig. Ondanks het krappe aanbod van logistieke ruimte hebben we in enkele weken een geschikte woning in de buurt van ons hoofdkantoor gevonden,” commentarieert Franz S. Alt, die het familiebedrijf sinds 2012 als directeur in de eCommerce uitbreidt. De leiding ter plaatse is in handen van Alexandra Alt. De 30-jarige heeft International Management in Wenen gestudeerd en is sinds 2014 aan de zijde van haar broer werkzaam in het familiebedrijf. Ze leidt als General Manager al de locatie Plattling met 90 medewerkers en 16.000 m\u00b2 oppervlakte.
