De Vereniging van Duitse Koelhuizen en Koellogistieke Bedrijven (VDKL) is verheugd over een recordbezetting in 2020. De trend begon al voor Corona en is nu nog versterkt. De productgroep ‘Algemene Diepvriesproducten’ is bijvoorbeeld sterk gestegen.<\/p>\n

(Bonn) De continu hoge bezetting van Duitse koelhuizen blijft aanhouden. Met een gemiddelde totale bezetting van 81,4 procent zijn de koelhuizen in de Vereniging van Duitse Koelhuizen en Koellogistieke Bedrijven (VDKL) in 2020 1,3 procent voller dan in 2018 (80,1 procent) en zijn ze in totaal zo goed bezet als voor het laatst 18 jaar geleden.<\/p>\n

\u201eRedenen voor het record van de bezetting zijn vooral een door Corona veroorzaakte hoge verkoop van goederen, maar ook een toenemende diversiteit aan goederen,\u201c legt VDKL-directeur Jan Peilnsteiner uit.<\/p>\n

Zo zijn bijvoorbeeld de voorraden van de productgroep ‘Algemene Diepvriesproducten’ ten opzichte van het voorgaande jaar met 2,1 % duidelijk gestegen.<\/p>\n

De basis voor de statistiek over de bezetting van Duitse koelhuizen is een langdurige onderzoeksreeks van het Instituut voor Handelsonderzoek (IfH) in Keulen. De cijfers van deze unieke onderzoeksreeks in Duitsland hebben een representatieve waarde en geven betrouwbare trends weer.<\/p>\n

De VDKL vertegenwoordigt meer dan 80 procent van de commerci\u00eble koelhuizen in Duitsland. Leden zijn dienstverlenende, industri\u00eble en handelsbedrijven die actief zijn in de temperatuurgecontroleerde logistiek van diepvries- en verse producten.<\/p>\n
