De Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG introduceert de nieuwe modulaire compacte sleufleiding VCL (VAHLE COMPACT LINE) op de wereldmarkt. De VCL is ontworpen als een alles-in-\u00e9\u00e9n oplossing voor shuttlesystemen, automatische kleine onderdelenopslag (AKL) en magazijnbedieningsapparatuur (RGB), evenals voor compacte verschuif- en transferwagenapplicaties in het kleine en middelgrote prestatiegebied.<\/p>\n

De basis hiervoor bieden wij met innovatieve producten voor veilige signaal- en energievoorziening, zoals onze nieuwe veiligheidscompactsleufleiding VAHLE COMPACT LINE \u2013 kortweg VCL\u201c, zegt R\u00fcdiger Jour, productmanager bij de VAHLE Group. De oplossing is door zijn modulaire en compacte ontwerp speciaal gericht op gebruik bij shuttlesystemen, AKL- en RBG-toepassingen, evenals op verschuif- en transferwagenapplicaties in het kleine en middelgrote prestatiegebied.<\/p>\n

Individuele configuratie<\/strong><\/h5>\n

\u201eHet onderscheidt zich van andere systemen vooral door de modulariteit, schaalbaarheid en de eenvoudige montage\u201c, benadrukt Jour. Afhankelijk van de toepassingscasus kan de VCL individueel worden geconfigureerd en is daarmee een multifunctionele oplossing voor de continue energievoorziening van logistieke toepassingen, die de hoogste beschikbaarheid van installaties garandeert. De VCL is beschikbaar in 2- tot 6-polige uitvoeringen en voldoet aan prestatie-eisen tussen 40 amp\u00e8re met een verzinkte staalgeleider en tot 100 amp\u00e8re met een koperen geleider, evenals spanningen in een bereik van 12 tot 500 volt. Bovendien is de VCL compatibel met de beproefde VAHLE Multi-Tr\u00e4ger (VMT). De combinatie van sleufleiding en multitr\u00e4ger cre\u00ebert een kosteneffectieve en compacte oplossing voor verschillende opslagtechnische toepassingen met grote ophangafstanden tot 3,5 meter.<\/p>\n

Eenvoudige en snelle montage<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Een ander voordeel: de eenvoudige en snelle montage met behulp van clips-techniek en de geringe componentenvari\u00ebteit houden de installatiekosten laag. Bijzonder duurzame sleufkoolstof vermijden bovendien hoge uitgaven voor onderhoud en service, wat de totale eigendomskosten (TOC) verlaagt. Hiermee biedt VAHLE een kosteneffectieve en schaalbare oplossing voor veeleisende toepassingsgebieden zoals de multi-channel e-commerce. De ultracompetente constructie maakt zelfs een eenvoudige installatie binnen een shuttle-rijbaan mogelijk. Zoals bij alle VAHLE-producten staat ook bij de VCL de veiligheid voorop: een aanrakingbescherming volgens IP2x (vingerbescherming en bescherming tegen vreemde voorwerpen) en een optionele PE-aardingsgeleider garanderen een storings- en ongevallenvrije werking.<\/p>\n
