KG (HEE) overgenomen. Een overeenkomst is ondertekend. Hiermee heeft Hellmann de vrije hand om de locaties in negen Oost-Europese landen uit te breiden.<\/p>\n<p>(Osnabr\u00fcck) De internationaal opererende fullservice-dienstverlener Hellmann Worldwide Logistics heeft een overeenkomst ondertekend voor de overname van alle aandelen in Hellmann East Europe GmbH &amp; Co. KG (HEE). Door de aankoop van de 49 procent aandelen, die in handen waren van de directeuren Patrick Nathe en Michael Mihm, wordt Hellmann de enige aandeelhouder van de HEE. Hiermee cre\u00ebert Hellmann de voorwaarden om de operationele activiteiten in de negen Oost-Europese landen, waar de HEE over eigen locaties beschikt, duurzaam uit te breiden over alle productgroepen heen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe Oost-Europese markt is voor ons van groot strategisch belang en we zijn blij dat we door de overname van alle aandelen in de HEE de uitbreiding van onze marktpositie samen met Patrick Nathe als directeur en zijn team verder kunnen bevorderen\u201c, aldus Reiner Heiken, Chief Executive Officer, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Michael Mihm trekt zich na 40 jaar uit de sector terug en verlaat daarmee de directie van de HEE.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Hellmann Worldwide Logistics SE &amp; Co. KG<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Hellmann Worldwide Logistics heeft zich sinds de oprichting in 1871 ontwikkeld tot een van de grote internationale logistieke aanbieders. De Hellmann-groep behaalde in 2019 met 10.743 medewerkers een omzet van ongeveer EUR 2,4 miljard.
