De BTK Befrachtungs- und Transportkontor GmbH neemt de logistiek voor Cola Mix in blikken over voor de Fl\u00f6tzinger Br\u00e4u in Rosenheim. BTK in Raubling slaat het product op en verzamelt het, en verzorgt ook de distributie. Fl\u00f6tzinger wil de Cola-Mix op lange termijn in heel Duitsland op de markt brengen.<\/p>\n

(Rosenheim\/Raubling) Elk kind kent Spezi. In Rosenheim is de Cola Mix van Fl\u00f6tzinger legendarisch. Nu brengt de regionale brouwerij het cultdrankje in 0,33 liter blikken op de markt. Als logistieke partner begeleidt de BTK Befrachtungs- und Transportkontor GmbH de marktintroductie met opslag, verzameling en verzendbeheer.<\/p>\n

Met een eerste afvulling als pilotproject in de handel heeft de BTK vier volle ladingen met ongeveer 250.000 Cola-Mix-blikken op 105 pallets opgeslagen. Op aanvraag worden de 24-packs van de Europallet overgepakt naar herbruikbare, CO2-neutrale CHEP-kwart pallets voor de detailhandel en de eenheden worden met folie omwikkeld. Perfect gestapeld en veilig gewikkeld voor een groothandelaar had al na een week een kwart van de lading het logistieke centrum in Nicklheim weer verlaten.<\/p>\n

Traditioneel drankje nu in blikken<\/strong><\/h5>\n

\u201eCola-Mix van Fl\u00f6tzinger ken ik al lang. In onze regio is het het cultdrankje van onze kindertijd. We zijn blij dat we de brouwerij als regionale partner kunnen ondersteunen met logistieke diensten op hun nieuwe distributieweg\u201c, zegt Josef Hei\u00df, directeur van de BTK. Op aanvraag levert de BTK tot vier via stukgoeddienstverleners en meer dan vijf van de handelsklare kwart pallets zelf.<\/p>\n

Fl\u00f6tzinger wil de Cola-Mix in de recyclebare statiegeldblikjes landelijk in de handel brengen. Tijdens de pilotfase vraagt de verkoop de goederen geleidelijk bij de BTK aan. Momenteel zijn er nog twintig palletplaatsen bezet. Na de succesvolle productintroductie kan de BTK grotere hoeveelheden verwerken met deels geautomatiseerde en IT-ondersteunde logistieke processen, inclusief verzendbeheer.<\/p>\n

Ervaring in het transport van dranken<\/strong><\/h5>\n

De BTK is expert in supply chains in de handel. Ongeveer de helft van hun omzet komt uit de transportlogistiek in het marktsegment handel, met een focus op hygi\u00ebnepapier, levensmiddelen en dranken. Ze heeft zich aangesloten bij het regionale initiatief \u00d6koprofit en is door GS1 Germany onderscheiden met het certificaat \u201eLean & Green\u201c voor 20 procent minder CO2-uitstoot in vijf jaar tot 2022.<\/p>\n

De regionale brouwerij Fl\u00f6tzinger is met het pilotproject Cola-Mix gevestigd in een van de twee logistieke hallen van 11.000 m\u00b2 in Raubling bij Rosenheim.<\/p>\n
