Ze begint haar functie op 1 december 2020 en komt van Continental Automotive Technologies naar Schenker. Met Katharina Rath wil men de aantrekkelijkheid van DB Schenker als werkgever verder vergroten.<\/p>\n<p>(Essen) De Raad van Toezicht van Schenker AG heeft Katharina Rath aangesteld als de nieuwe bestuurslid Personeel. De 47-jarige zal haar nieuwe positie op 1 december 2020 innemen. Mevrouw Rath heeft bijna 20 jaar in verschillende functies gewerkt voor Continental Automotive Technologies, laatst als Senior Vice President Human Relations, Automotive Technologies en Holistic Engineering &amp; Technologies en als lid van het Automotive Board. Ze heeft psychologie gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Regensburg en is gediplomeerd psycholoog.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKatharina Rath is een internationaal ervaren expert op verschillende gebieden van personeelswerk. De Raad van Toezicht en ik zijn zeer verheugd haar talent, kennis en leiderschap voor de Raad van Bestuur van DB Schenker te hebben gewonnen\u201c, zei Dr. Levin Holle, voorzitter van de Raad van Toezicht van Schenker AG.<\/p>\n<p>Jochen Thewes, voorzitter van de Raad van Bestuur van DB Schenker, zei: \u201eIk kijk er zeer naar uit om samen te werken met Katharina Rath. Met haar expertise en netwerk zal ze ons wereldwijde transformatieproces verder stimuleren en de positie van DB Schenker als eerste keuze onder werkgevers in het digitale tijdperk versterken.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mevrouw Rath volgt Thomas Schulz op, die na acht jaar als bestuurslid Personeel en het verstrijken van zijn reguliere benoemingsperiode zijn mandaat bij DB Schenker op 31 oktober 2020 zal be\u00ebindigen. \u201eNamens de hele Raad van Bestuur wil ik Thomas Schulz bedanken voor zijn succesvolle werk bij DB Schenker. In de afgelopen acht jaar heeft hij zich met grote inzet aan het HR-gebied gewijd.
