De broek wordt in meerdere maten besteld en de niet passende worden gewoon teruggestuurd. Wat voor de besteller inmiddels een gewoontje is, vormt regelmatig enorme uitdagingen voor de logistiek van online verkopers. Wanneer meer dan een derde van alle verzonden goederen weer terugkomt, wordt de afhandeling van retouren niet langer slechts een randgebied in de logistieke afhandeling, maar snel het meest tijdrovende proces, aangezien automatisering slechts in beperkte mate mogelijk is.<\/p>\n
