Drie palletwagens en een stapelaar als schenking moeten het toekomstige werk van de Voedselbank Zwitserland bij het verdelen van goederen vergemakkelijken. De Voedselbank Zwitserland heeft in totaal twaalf uitgiftepunten.<\/p>\n<p>(Dietikon\/Basel) Het jaar 2020 laat de wereld zien hoe plotseling alles anders kan zijn. De coronacrisis heeft ook het belang van logistiek aangetoond, de kracht van Linde Material Handling Zwitserland AG. Juist in deze tijd willen we het waardevolle werk van de Zwitserse Voedselbank ondersteunen, zodat mensen die in armoede leven toegang krijgen tot noodzakelijke levensmiddelen.<\/p>\n<p>De grootste crisis sinds de Tweede Wereldoorlog heeft de wereld geschokt en ook in Zwitserland is aan de mensen getoond hoe snel het leven kan veranderen. 8,2 procent van de Zwitserse bevolking leefde al v\u00f3\u00f3r de crisis onder de offici\u00eble armoedegrens. Vooral nu mogen we deze mensen niet vergeten. De kloof tussen overvloed en gebrek moet snel en eenvoudig worden overbrugd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schenking ter vergemakkelijking van het werk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al tien jaar geleden heeft Linde Material Handling Zwitserland AG een schenking aan de Zwitserse Voedselbank gedaan en in plaats daarvan afgezien van kerstcadeaus voor klanten. Tijdens de lockdown werd het werk op de locatie in Basel voor heel bijzondere uitdagingen gesteld. Er was steeds meer werk en de mogelijkheid om onberispelijke levensmiddelen te verkrijgen bereikte een enorm niveau.
