\nDit vind ik leuk aan mijn werk en aan de logistiek:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Al lang fascineert mij de complexe processen van wereldwijde goederenstromen, de internationale uitwisseling met de betrokken belanghebbenden en het proactieve denken dat daarvoor nodig is.<\/p>\n

Al tijdens mijn opleiding had ik het voorrecht om te werken in de afdeling Special Services & Projects Overseas. Dit stelde me in staat om de volledige breedte van mijn verworven kennis op de proef te stellen en al vroeg een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel te ontwikkelen. Dit heeft me zowel professioneel als persoonlijk blijvend gevormd. Eenvoudig kan iedereen \u2013 expediteur zijn betekent voor mij fungeren als \u2018architect\u2019 van het transport, klant- en oplossingsgericht werken, analytisch denken en onderhandelingsvaardigheid combineren om transportprocessen effici\u00ebnter te maken. Door mijn huidige functie als Sales Manager bij Heliot Group, die actief is in de industrie van het \u2018internet of things\u2019, ben ik in staat om deze processen transparanter, effici\u00ebnter en dus ook duurzamer te maken voor transportbedrijven en leveranciers.<\/p>\n

Als motivatie voor mijn sectorwisseling geldt mijn overtuiging dat de toekomst van de transportlogistiek ligt in de digitalisering en technisering ervan. Uiteindelijk wordt het potentieel van de logistiek pas benut als bestaande werkmethoden verder worden heroverwogen.<\/p>\n
