L&#8217;obiettivo di questo progetto \u00e8 generare, analizzare e prevedere per la prima volta l&#8217;usura dei pneumatici in modo standardizzato e pratico in laboratorio. I risultati del primo round includono, tra l&#8217;altro, dati sull&#8217;usura di riferimento, analisi delle particelle, modelli tribologici, analisi delle superfici supportata da intelligenza artificiale, nonch\u00e9 concetti per banchi di prova e metodi per l&#8217;invecchiamento accelerato e la rilevazione di VOC.<\/p>\n<h3>Progressi nell&#8217;industria dei pneumatici<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto &#8222;Piattaforma tecnologica per l&#8217;usura dei pneumatici e l&#8217;identificazione delle emissioni nel traffico stradale TERIS&#8220; mira, secondo l&#8217;istituto, a promuovere lo sviluppo di pneumatici e miscele di gomma. Con il completamento del primo traguardo e la relativa revisione del progetto, \u00e8 stato compiuto un passo fondamentale. Questo \u00e8 stato confermato anche dal comitato consultivo, composto da esperti del settore.<\/p>\n<p>Gli standard recentemente sviluppati per l&#8217;analisi di laboratorio e la previsione dell&#8217;usura dei pneumatici si basano su una combinazione di diversi metodi di raccolta e misurazione. Questi dovrebbero consentire un&#8217;analisi precisa sia delle frazioni di particelle sospese che di quelle sedimentate. Inoltre, sono stati creati modelli tribologici che esaminano la relazione tra parametri di carico, propriet\u00e0 dei materiali, struttura superficiale e formazione di particelle.
