Le test, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 fin mai, se d\u00e9roule dans des conditions op\u00e9rationnelles r\u00e9elles avec la flotte de l&#8217;entreprise de transport allemande Sommer. L&#8217;objectif du projet est d&#8217;\u00e9valuer la performance d&#8217;un kit de remorque propuls\u00e9e Nivalis, mont\u00e9 sur une remorque TIP Group. Ce kit transforme une remorque standard en une unit\u00e9 intelligente et autonome qui contribue activement \u00e0 son propre mouvement. Cela vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du v\u00e9hicule tracteur sans augmenter significativement le poids ou modifier l&#8217;op\u00e9ration pour le conducteur.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9valuation de l&#8217;assistance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet pilote, il sera examin\u00e9 comment le syst\u00e8me de remorque assist\u00e9 par la technologie se comporte dans des conditions r\u00e9elles de transport longue distance. Le nouveau syst\u00e8me vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation de carburant des camions de jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 7 000 litres de diesel par remorque et par an, ce qui pourrait entra\u00eener des \u00e9conomies consid\u00e9rables pour les flottes fortement utilis\u00e9es. De plus, une r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2 de jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 18 tonnes par remorque et par an est envisag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me Nivalis int\u00e8gre un essieu \u00e9lectrique (e-Achse), d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en collaboration avec BPW, directement dans le ch\u00e2ssis de la remorque. Contrairement aux plateformes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration e-Reefer \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es, qui visent \u00e0 faire fonctionner des transports r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9s, le syst\u00e8me de remorque propuls\u00e9e vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques du tracteur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une assistance \u00e0 la propulsion et \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d&#8217;\u00e9nergie. Les batteries tirent leur \u00e9nergie de trois sources : de l&#8217;e-Achse lors du freinage, d&#8217;une installation photovolta\u00efque sur le toit pendant la journ\u00e9e et d&#8217;une connexion triphas\u00e9e AC de 32A pendant les arr\u00eats de stationnement. Le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e8re, stocke et distribue continuellement de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie pendant la journ\u00e9e de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Une unit\u00e9 de gestion de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (EMU) abrite tous les composants \u00e9lectriques, tandis qu&#8217;une unit\u00e9 de distribution de puissance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (IPDU) contr\u00f4le tous les flux d&#8217;\u00e9nergie. Une interface homme-machine compacte (HMI) affiche au conducteur l&#8217;\u00e9tat du syst\u00e8me et l&#8217;\u00e9tat de charge de la batterie.<\/p>\n<h3>Aspects \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9conomies<\/h3>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me Nivalis a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies de carburant significatives pour les itin\u00e9raires longue distance, avec des \u00e9conomies pr\u00e9vues allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 7 000 litres de diesel et 18 tonnes de CO2 par remorque et par an. L&#8217;installation photovolta\u00efque sur le toit peut produire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 3,7 kWp, ce qui r\u00e9duit encore la d\u00e9pendance au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p>Pavel Gilman, vice-pr\u00e9sident des ventes et du marketing chez Nivalis Energy Europe, explique : \u00ab Notre syst\u00e8me e se concentre sur trois objectifs : r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de carburant, minimiser les interventions dans les op\u00e9rations des clients et am\u00e9liorer la durabilit\u00e9. \u00bb Il ajoute que le secteur du transport peut progressivement devenir ind\u00e9pendant des combustibles fossiles sans avoir \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser d&#8217;investissements extraordinaires ou \u00e0 modifier l&#8217;infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Sch\u00fctz, responsable de la flotte et de la gestion des actifs pour la r\u00e9gion centrale chez TIP Group, souligne l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;essai pratique : \u00ab La question centrale est de savoir comment le syst\u00e8me fonctionne dans des conditions de transport r\u00e9elles \u2013 \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes routes, charges et comportements de conduite. Ce pilote nous fournit les donn\u00e9es et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9valuer cela pratiquement. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Autorisation et disponibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Les exigences administratives pour l&#8217;approbation et l&#8217;exploitation des innovations techniques peuvent \u00eatre complexes. Cependant, TIP a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir l&#8217;autorisation requise pour cette configuration de remorque, permettant son enregistrement et son utilisation dans les pays de l&#8217;UE et de l&#8217;AELE conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e9glementations nationales en vigueur. Les batteries haute tension de Nivalis sont certifi\u00e9es selon la norme UN 38.3, et le groupe motopropulseur \u00e9lectrique respecte le r\u00e8glement UNECE n\u00b0 100 [2015\/505].<\/p>\n<p>Les conducteurs peuvent exploiter la remorque selon les r\u00e9glementations de conduite europ\u00e9ennes et nationales standard, sans n\u00e9cessiter de licences ou de formations suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<h3>Aper\u00e7u de l&#8217;industrie<\/h3>\n<p>Pour TIP, ce pilote \u00e9largit le portefeuille actif de solutions compl\u00e8tes durables d\u00e9j\u00e0 en service en Europe. La remorque propuls\u00e9e ouvre une nouvelle dimension en abordant l&#8217;\u00e9nergie de propulsion au niveau de la remorque, plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;en se concentrant uniquement sur le v\u00e9hicule tracteur ou les sous-syst\u00e8mes. Rogier Laan, vice-pr\u00e9sident des ventes et du marketing mondial chez TIP Group, souligne : \u00ab Nos clients ont besoin de solutions qui am\u00e9liorent l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 sans perturber l&#8217;exploitation.
