Samedi dernier, les \u00c9tats-Unis et Isra\u00ebl ont men\u00e9 des attaques militaires contre des cibles iraniennes, auxquelles l&#8217;Iran a r\u00e9agi par des frappes de missiles et de drones sur des objectifs dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escalade militaire a des cons\u00e9quences imm\u00e9diates sur le transport et la logistique. Plusieurs pays ont temporairement ferm\u00e9 leur espace a\u00e9rien, tandis que les compagnies maritimes et les entreprises \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques agissent avec plus de prudence et suspendent leurs activit\u00e9s dans cette r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le passage par le d\u00e9troit d&#8217;Hormuz n&#8217;est plus s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La situation autour du d\u00e9troit d&#8217;Hormuz, l&#8217;un des points de passage maritimes les plus importants au monde, est particuli\u00e8rement critique. Environ 20 % du p\u00e9trole brut \u00e9chang\u00e9 dans le monde transite par ce goulot d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement, ce qui signifie que toute perturbation peut avoir des r\u00e9percussions directes sur le commerce mondial.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but des attaques, certaines entreprises \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et op\u00e9rateurs de tankers ont temporairement suspendu ou retard\u00e9 les transports dans la r\u00e9gion. Avant l&#8217;escalade actuelle, la r\u00e9gion \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l&#8217;une des voies maritimes les plus risqu\u00e9es au monde. Les tensions entre l&#8217;Iran et les \u00c9tats occidentaux ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement conduit \u00e0 des alertes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour la navigation ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 des primes d&#8217;assurance \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cette importante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenationalnews.com\/business\/economy\/2026\/02\/15\/us-iran-war-shipping\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">voie navigable<\/a> \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sous pression.<\/p>\n<p>Si le conflit s&#8217;\u00e9tend davantage, des retards suppl\u00e9mentaires dans le transport maritime sont \u00e0 craindre. Les liaisons entre l&#8217;Europe et l&#8217;Asie ainsi que le commerce de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie seraient particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s. Les experts consid\u00e8rent qu&#8217;une \u00e9ventuelle perturbation du d\u00e9troit d&#8217;Hormuz repr\u00e9sente l&#8217;un des plus grands risques pour les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement mondiales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les exp\u00e9diteurs se plaignent depuis longtemps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle crise en Iran montre \u00e0 quel point les conflits g\u00e9opolitiques peuvent influencer la fiabilit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes de transport internationales. Pour les exp\u00e9diteurs, cela signifie une incertitude suppl\u00e9mentaire dans un march\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 affect\u00e9 par des arriv\u00e9es de navires tardives et des horaires peu fiables.<\/p>\n<p>Les exp\u00e9diteurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 signal\u00e9 des retards de plusieurs semaines, des d\u00e9parts report\u00e9s et des horaires d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e peu fiables. Ces cas ne sont plus des exceptions. Les chiffres du secteur montrent que les retards font d\u00e9sormais partie du quotidien \u2013 avec des cons\u00e9quences significatives pour le commerce et l&#8217;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemple r\u00e9cent : deux conteneurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9s depuis Anvers \u00e0 la mi-d\u00e9cembre 2025, avec une arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9vue d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier 2026. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ils n&#8217;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9charg\u00e9s que trois semaines plus tard. Un autre conteneur est rest\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9 pendant des semaines dans le port de d\u00e9part, ce qui a retard\u00e9 son arriv\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un mois. De tels retards sont d\u00e9sormais typiques pour de nombreuses relations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un conteneur sur trois est en retard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La fiabilit\u00e9 des horaires des lignes de conteneurs reste nettement inf\u00e9rieure aux valeurs ant\u00e9rieures. Selon les analyses de l&#8217;institut de recherche danois Sea-Intelligence, la fiabilit\u00e9 des horaires mondiaux en d\u00e9cembre 2025 n&#8217;\u00e9tait que d&#8217;environ 62,8 %. En 2024, la fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait parfois m\u00eame tomb\u00e9e entre 50 et 55 %. En moyenne, seul un conteneur sur deux \u00e0 trois arrive \u00e0 l&#8217;heure. Certaines compagnies maritimes obtiennent des r\u00e9sultats particuli\u00e8rement mauvais, avec moins de 50 % de leurs navires arrivant selon le planning. Des \u00e9valuations plus r\u00e9centes montrent \u00e9galement que les retards restent fr\u00e9quents et que la situation ne s&#8217;est pas encore compl\u00e8tement normalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La g\u00e9opolitique comme principale cause<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une raison centrale des probl\u00e8mes persistants est la situation en mer Rouge. Depuis fin 2023, de nombreuses compagnies maritimes \u00e9vitent le canal de Suez pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et font le tour du cap de Bonne-Esp\u00e9rance. Ces d\u00e9tours prolongent non seulement les temps de transit de plusieurs jours ou semaines, mais perturbent \u00e9galement les horaires. En m\u00eame temps, cela r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 de transport, car les navires sont en mer plus longtemps. La situation reste instable. M\u00eame d\u00e9but 2026, certaines compagnies maritimes redirigent \u00e0 nouveau des services autour de l&#8217;Afrique, car des passages s\u00fbrs \u00e0 travers la mer Rouge ne sont pas toujours garantis. Les experts estiment qu&#8217;un retour complet \u00e0 un fonctionnement normal prendra encore du temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les ports comme goulet d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outre les facteurs g\u00e9opolitiques, des probl\u00e8mes op\u00e9rationnels jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le. Les retards surviennent souvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les ports de d\u00e9part, lorsque les conteneurs ne sont pas charg\u00e9s \u00e0 temps ou que les d\u00e9parts pr\u00e9vus sont report\u00e9s. Chaque report affecte l&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de transport. En particulier pour les liaisons avec transbordements, m\u00eame de petits retards peuvent entra\u00eener plusieurs semaines de temps de transit suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les ports de destination plus petits en Afrique ou sur des \u00eeles, qui ne sont desservis que de mani\u00e8re irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, sont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s. Si un navire tombe en panne ou si un conteneur manque la connexion pr\u00e9vue, cela peut rapidement entra\u00eener des retards consid\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cons\u00e9quences pour les exp\u00e9diteurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour les exp\u00e9diteurs, la baisse de fiabilit\u00e9 a des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques directes. Des temps de transport plus longs entra\u00eenent un plus grand immobilisation de capital et compliquent la planification des cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement critique pour les produits \u00e0 dur\u00e9e de conservation limit\u00e9e ou \u00e0 vente saisonni\u00e8re. Les entreprises doivent soit constituer des stocks de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus importants, soit accepter des d\u00e9lais de livraison plus longs. La planification des projets en souffre \u00e9galement lorsque les dates de livraison ne peuvent plus \u00eatre respect\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re fiable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ETA reste non contraignant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un probl\u00e8me structurel r\u00e9side dans le fait que l&#8217;Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement non contraignant sur le plan juridique. Contrairement au transport a\u00e9rien ou au transport de passagers, il existe peu de r\u00e8gles d&#8217;indemnisation en cas de retards dans le transport maritime. Les exp\u00e9diteurs supportent donc souvent seuls le risque des retards.
