La Commission europ\u00e9enne exige que DB Cargo devienne rentable d&rsquo;ici fin 2026.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>DB Schenker \u2013 Vente et impacts<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>En septembre 2024, la filiale logistique DB Schenker a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendue pour 14,3 milliards d&rsquo;euros au g\u00e9ant logistique danois DSV.<\/li>\n<li>La vente faisait partie de la r\u00e9orientation strat\u00e9gique de la Deutsche Bahn pour se concentrer sur son c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier ferroviaire en Allemagne et en Europe.<\/li>\n<li>Contexte : DB Schenker \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un des secteurs les plus rentables du groupe DB. La vente a \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9e par des raisons financi\u00e8res et par des pr\u00e9occupations politiques et concurrentielles croissantes concernant la gestion d&rsquo;une entreprise de transport mondial par une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00c9tat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Impacts financiers :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>La Deutsche Bahn s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction significative de sa dette gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la vente. \u00c0 la fin de 2024, la dette s&rsquo;\u00e9levait encore \u00e0 environ 30 milliards d&rsquo;euros \u2013 le produit de la vente devrait principalement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire la dette.<\/li>\n<li>Une partie du produit de la vente restera initialement bloqu\u00e9e (par exemple, pour les imp\u00f4ts, les frais de transaction et les provisions pour retraites), mais le produit net devrait n\u00e9anmoins se chiffrer en dizaines de milliards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Impacts notables :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 court terme, les impacts sur l&rsquo;exploitation op\u00e9rationnelle de la voie ferr\u00e9e sont faibles, car DB Schenker agissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 long terme, la perte des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices solides de DB Schenker augmentera la pression sur les secteurs d\u00e9ficitaires comme DB Cargo.<\/li>\n<li>En m\u00eame temps, la voie ferr\u00e9e se donne une marge de man\u0153uvre financi\u00e8re pour effectuer des investissements urgents dans le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire, la num\u00e9risation et la ponctualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-28440 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/loginfo24.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/12\/DB_Cargo_27.3.25.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1232\" height=\"741\" \/>Transport de marchandises (DB Cargo)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5><strong>D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>DB Cargo a de nouveau enregistr\u00e9 un d\u00e9ficit \u00e9lev\u00e9. Sinon, des coupes ou des changements structurels sont \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir.<\/li>\n<li>Le transport de marchandises par rail souffre d&rsquo;un d\u00e9savantage concurrentiel par rapport \u00e0 la route (par exemple, des tarifs d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, moins de flexibilit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Mesures :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>DB Cargo souhaite continuer \u00e0 se num\u00e9riser, augmenter son degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;automatisation et renforcer les transports intermodaux (par exemple, rail-mer ou rail-route).<\/li>\n<li>Des restructurations et un accent sur des relations et des clients plus rentables figurent \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>\u00c9valuation globale et perspectives<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>La vente de DB Schenker \u00e9tait strat\u00e9giquement judicieuse pour r\u00e9duire la dette et r\u00e9orienter le focus.
