La prueba, que comenz\u00f3 a finales de mayo, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en condiciones operativas reales con la flota de la empresa de transporte alemana Sommer. El objetivo del proyecto es evaluar el rendimiento de un Nivalis Powered Trailer Kit montado en un remolque de TIP Group. Este kit transforma un remolque est\u00e1ndar en una unidad inteligente y autosuficiente que contribuye activamente a su propio movimiento. De este modo, se busca reducir la demanda energ\u00e9tica del veh\u00edculo tractor sin aumentar significativamente el peso ni alterar la operaci\u00f3n para el conductor.<\/p>\n<h3>Evaluaci\u00f3n del soporte energ\u00e9tico<\/h3>\n<p>En el marco del proyecto piloto, se investiga c\u00f3mo se comporta el sistema de remolque asistido por tecnolog\u00eda en condiciones reales de transporte de larga distancia. El nuevo sistema tiene como objetivo reducir el consumo de combustible de los camiones en hasta 7.000 litros de di\u00e9sel por remolque y a\u00f1o, lo que podr\u00eda suponer ahorros significativos para flotas de alto uso. Adem\u00e1s, se busca una reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de CO2 de hasta 18 toneladas por remolque y a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema Nivalis integra un eje el\u00e9ctrico (e-eje), desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con BPW, directamente en el chasis del remolque. A diferencia de las plataformas de refrigeraci\u00f3n e-Reefer electrificadas, que se centran en el funcionamiento de transportes refrigerados, el sistema Powered Trailer tiene como objetivo reducir la demanda energ\u00e9tica del tractor mediante asistencia de propulsi\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Las bater\u00edas obtienen energ\u00eda de tres fuentes: del e-eje durante el frenado, de una instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica en el techo durante el d\u00eda y de un conector trif\u00e1sico de 32A durante las paradas de estacionamiento. El sistema genera, almacena y distribuye energ\u00eda continuamente durante la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Una unidad de gesti\u00f3n de energ\u00eda integrada (EMU) alberga todos los componentes el\u00e9ctricos, mientras que una unidad de distribuci\u00f3n de potencia integrada (IPDU) controla todos los flujos de energ\u00eda. Una interfaz hombre-m\u00e1quina compacta (HMI) muestra al conductor el estado del sistema y el nivel de carga de la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3>Aspectos econ\u00f3micos y ahorros<\/h3>\n<p>El sistema Nivalis ha sido dise\u00f1ado para lograr ahorros significativos de combustible en rutas de larga distancia, con ahorros proyectados de hasta 7.000 litros de di\u00e9sel y 18 toneladas de CO2 por remolque y a\u00f1o. La instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica en el techo puede generar hasta 3,7 kWp, lo que reduce a\u00fan m\u00e1s la dependencia de la red el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n<p>Pavel Gilman, Vicepresidente de Ventas y Marketing en Nivalis Energy Europe, explica: \u201cNuestro sistema e se centra en tres objetivos: reducir los costos de combustible, minimizar las interrupciones en las operaciones de los clientes y mejorar la sostenibilidad.\u201d A\u00f1ade que la industria del transporte puede volverse gradualmente independiente de los combustibles f\u00f3siles sin necesidad de inversiones extraordinarias o cambios en la infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Sch\u00fctz, Jefe de Flota y Gesti\u00f3n de Activos en la regi\u00f3n central de TIP Group, enfatiza la importancia de la prueba pr\u00e1ctica: \u201cLa pregunta central es c\u00f3mo funciona el sistema en condiciones de transporte reales, a trav\u00e9s de diferentes rutas, cargas y comportamientos de conducci\u00f3n. Este piloto nos proporciona los datos y experiencias para evaluar esto de manera pr\u00e1ctica.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Permisos y disponibilidad<\/h3>\n<p>Los requisitos administrativos para la aprobaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de innovaciones t\u00e9cnicas pueden ser complejos. Sin embargo, TIP ha obtenido con \u00e9xito la aprobaci\u00f3n necesaria para esta configuraci\u00f3n de remolque, lo que permite su registro y uso en los pa\u00edses de la UE y EFTA de acuerdo con las regulaciones nacionales aplicables. Las bater\u00edas de alto voltaje de Nivalis est\u00e1n certificadas seg\u00fan la norma UN 38.3, y el tren motriz el\u00e9ctrico cumple con la regulaci\u00f3n UNECE No. 100 [2015\/505].<\/p>\n<p>Los conductores pueden operar el remolque bajo las regulaciones de conducci\u00f3n europeas y nacionales est\u00e1ndar, sin necesidad de licencias o capacitaciones adicionales.<\/p>\n<h3>Perspectivas para la industria<\/h3>\n<p>Para TIP, este piloto ampl\u00eda el portafolio activo de soluciones completas sostenibles que ya est\u00e1n en uso en Europa. El remolque motorizado abre una nueva dimensi\u00f3n al abordar la energ\u00eda de propulsi\u00f3n a nivel de remolque, en lugar de centrarse \u00fanicamente en el veh\u00edculo tractor o en subsistemas. Rogier Laan, Vicepresidente de Ventas y Marketing Global en TIP Group, enfatiza: \u201cNuestros clientes necesitan soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia sin interrumpir las operaciones.
