En mayo de 2026 comenzar\u00e1n los trabajos de demolici\u00f3n de un antiguo almac\u00e9n log\u00edstico para dar paso a un nuevo centro multiusuario. Este se construir\u00e1 junto al ya existente centro log\u00edstico en la calle Mainz y ofrecer\u00e1 una superficie de aproximadamente 36,000 m\u00b2. Con la finalizaci\u00f3n del nuevo centro, la capacidad total de la ubicaci\u00f3n se incrementar\u00e1 a 91,000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<h3>Est\u00e1ndares modernos para el nuevo centro log\u00edstico<\/h3>\n<p>El nuevo centro log\u00edstico se dividir\u00e1 en cuatro unidades y se realizar\u00e1 de acuerdo con los est\u00e1ndares de construcci\u00f3n y medio ambiente actuales. Fiege Real Estate planea utilizar iluminaci\u00f3n LED de bajo consumo y una bomba de calor aire-aire.
