Con esta decisi\u00f3n, Schmitz Cargobull, que desde 2024 ya posee el 49 por ciento de Berger, se convertir\u00e1 en el propietario total de la empresa. La finalizaci\u00f3n de la transacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta a la aprobaci\u00f3n de las autoridades de competencia correspondientes.<\/p>\n<h3>Integraci\u00f3n como paso estrat\u00e9gico<\/h3>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de la adquisici\u00f3n total se basa en la colaboraci\u00f3n previa, que existe desde 2024. Esta asociaci\u00f3n ha demostrado que la competencia en construcci\u00f3n ligera de Berger, combinada con el know-how industrial y la red de ventas y servicios en toda Europa de Schmitz Cargobull, forma un sistema integral eficiente.
