Fundada en 1959, Schmalz+Sch\u00f6n Holding (SSH) se especializa en servicios de transporte por carretera y log\u00edstica, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas a su base de clientes de larga data para desaf\u00edos complejos.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Gelsenkirchen\/Stuttgart) SSH es conocida por su alta calidad y fiabilidad, y opera desde su sede en Stuttgart y 27 ubicaciones adicionales en toda Alemania, con los principales centros en Stuttgart, Bautzen, Hamburgo, Berl\u00edn y Frankfurt. Adem\u00e1s de sus servicios de transporte por carretera y log\u00edstica, SSH ofrece servicios de carga a\u00e9rea y mar\u00edtima, que representan aproximadamente el 15% de los ingresos totales. La empresa emplea a alrededor de 330 empleados.<\/p>\n<p>En el a\u00f1o fiscal que finaliza el 31 de diciembre de 2023, Schmalz+Sch\u00f6n logr\u00f3 unos ingresos de 153,3 millones de euros y un EBIT de 10,4 millones de euros. En t\u00e9rminos ajustados, se espera que SSH contribuya con alrededor de 5,5 millones de euros sin sinergias, lo que podr\u00eda afectar las perspectivas financieras de NTG para 2024.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Clar ventajas estrat\u00e9gicas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La adquisici\u00f3n de Schmalz+Sch\u00f6n es un hito significativo para NTG, ya que duplica sus ingresos en Alemania y fortalece considerablemente su red de transporte por carretera y log\u00edstica.
