La automatizaci\u00f3n es el eje central para aumentar el rendimiento y la capacidad, y garantizar una entrega r\u00e1pida y confiable.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Marchtrenk) El grupo INTERSPORT Austria, con sede en Wels, es el l\u00edder del mercado en Austria y comprende 104 minoristas en m\u00e1s de 280 ubicaciones. En el a\u00f1o fiscal 2021\/22, la empresa alcanz\u00f3 una facturaci\u00f3n de 631 millones de euros. INTERSPORT Austria atiende a m\u00e1s de 1,8 millones de clientes y es responsable no solo de Austria, sino tambi\u00e9n de los mercados en los pa\u00edses vecinos, como Chequia, Eslovaquia y Hungr\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEn Wels, todos los hilos se unen y las demandas log\u00edsticas est\u00e1n aumentando. Ampliar y automatizar esta \u00e1rea fue el siguiente paso l\u00f3gico. El paquete completo encaja y eso fue decisivo para la adjudicaci\u00f3n\u00bb, dice Alois Gr\u00fcblinger, director de operaciones de INTERSPORT Austria.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Inicio de un viaje conjunto de automatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Para poder reflejar el crecimiento continuo en clientes y pedidos tambi\u00e9n en los procesos de intralog\u00edstica y garantizar una entrega r\u00e1pida, INTERSPORT Austria est\u00e1 ampliando su centro de distribuci\u00f3n existente. La automatizaci\u00f3n no solo permitir\u00e1 un aumento significativo en el rendimiento, la capacidad y la flexibilidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n consolidar\u00e1 varias peque\u00f1as almacenes de manera eficiente en una sola ubicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>TGW est\u00e1 construyendo un sistema de transporte de cuatro pasillos, que gracias al almacenamiento de tres niveles garantiza una m\u00e1xima densidad de almacenamiento y utiliza de manera \u00f3ptima el espacio disponible. Los pedidos se ensamblan en seis estaciones de trabajo PickCenter One, donde las cajas de env\u00edo son autom\u00e1ticamente levantadas y selladas por robots de TGW y luego transportadas a la salida de mercanc\u00edas. El sistema de gesti\u00f3n de almacenes (WMS) de TGW planifica, controla y supervisa todos los procesos y est\u00e1 conectado al sistema de gesti\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas de INTERSPORT.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTGW aport\u00f3 en la fase de oferta, adem\u00e1s de la colaboraci\u00f3n profesional de los diferentes equipos, muchas propuestas innovadoras para optimizar nuestros procesos log\u00edsticos actuales.
