A smooth transition to the new system is facilitated by JAGGAER’s user-friendly interface. To ease the transition to the platform for employees, JAGGAER One offers a feature called „Guided Buying.“ This solution guides requesters step by step through the processes, displays preferred suppliers, and automatically considers company policies. Artificial intelligence plays a supportive role: chatbots assist in searching for products across various catalogs. This is intended to accelerate workflows and serve as an effective means against Maverick Spend, which refers to procurement outside defined processes.<\/p>\n
