This cable car, which accommodates eight people, will complement the existing transportation options in the region, which are already served by a funicular railway.<\/p>\n<p>The components of the new cable car come from the Austrian company Doppelmayr, which specializes in cable car technology. The transport began at the production facility in Wolfurt, Austria, where the containers were loaded. Subsequently, the containers were transported to the nearby freight station, from where they were further transported by rail to Hamburg. The final part of the journey then took the cargo by ship to Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<h3>On-time delivery<\/h3>\n<p>The entire logistics process was organized by Gebr\u00fcder Weiss according to a fixed schedule to ensure that the containers arrived in Malaysia in several partial deliveries. After a sea voyage of approximately 38 days, the containers arrived at the port of Penang.
