The XN2 series offers ergonomic features and simplified maintenance to ensure manufacturers and dealers have the necessary productivity for uninterrupted goods flow. This applies to various industries, including the paper and packaging industry, the automotive sector, and agriculture.<\/p>\n<h3>Flexible Drive Solutions and Battery Options<\/h3>\n<p>The new XN2 forklifts provide companies with the option to choose between two configurations: the Intelimatch\u2122 configuration for smooth performance or the Duramatch\u2122 specification, which promises an energy efficiency increase of up to 20 percent as well as improved performance. The selection of battery types ranges from specially designed Hyster\u00ae lithium-ion batteries to lead-acid batteries and thin-plate pure lead batteries. It\u2019s about keeping forklift costs low or steadily increasing productivity even with a limited number of experienced forklift operators.\u201d The new XN2 models set new standards in terms of ergonomics, visibility, and performance, enabling operations to configure the optimal solution for their specific needs.<\/p>\n<h3>Improved Visibility and Operator Comfort<\/h3>\n<p>The mast window of the XN2 series is 34 percent larger than that of the predecessor model, optimizing visibility for operators. In the Duramatch configuration, the forklift offers up to 65 percent faster lift and lower speeds compared to leading competitors. An almost zero turning radius facilitates maneuvering in tight spaces, supporting the achievement of high productivity goals.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, spring-loaded and air-suspended seats provide better cushioning against shocks and vibrations, enhancing driver comfort and potentially increasing their productivity during shifts. Intuitive controls and a foldable armrest help reduce user fatigue.<\/p>\n<p>The new models require 20 percent less maintenance effort over their entire lifespan compared to the predecessor model with fully sealed wet brake axles. This contributes to lowering overall operating costs and minimizes maintenance-related downtime. When needed, access to maintenance areas for technicians is quick and straightforward.<\/p>\n<p>The XN2 series is also equipped with the Hyster Tracker\u2122 telematics system, which enables wireless monitoring. A touchscreen display provides easy access to important information such as current speed and battery runtime.
