This connection, which began operations on April 2, 2023, served the route from Stuttgart to Birmingham, Alabama, on a weekly basis. The Boeing 747-800F has since transported around 14,000 tons of cargo.<\/p>\n<p>After more than three years of regular service, a Boeing 747-8 F from Atlas Air, operating on behalf of the logistics company K\u00fchne + Nagel, landed in Stuttgart for the last time on May 31, 2026. The logistics provider has decided to handle the connection via Frankfurt Airport in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The Boeing 747-8 F, registered as N862GT and N863GT, is among the last of its kind, as production of this model was discontinued in February 2022.
