The 48th general meeting held yesterday was conducted at EDEKA Minden-Hannover. Approximately 50 members attended in person, while 145 others had delegated their votes to those present.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">Regular board elections were again on the agenda. The general meeting unanimously elected high-profile representatives from the logistics sector to the board:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Markus Bangen<\/b>, CEO, <b>duisport \u2013 Duisburger Hafen AG<\/b>, was previously the chairman of the BVL advisory board<\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Tobias Jerschke<\/b>, Managing Director, <b>Kuehne + Nagel (AG &amp; Co.) KG<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Sebastian Peters, <\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Member of the Management Board &amp; Senior Vice President &amp; global Head of Operations, <b>Airbus<\/b><\/span><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u200b<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Aircraft<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil.
