There will be restrictions on the Lueg bridge of the Brenner Autobahn (A13) from the 4th to the 9th of May, as has been reported by the Bavarian Transport and Logistics Association (LBT) and the Verkehrsrundschau. Only one lane will be available in each direction during the daytime. The reason for this is road repair work that’s primarily scheduled for nights, however.<\/p>\n
During this period additional driving bans will also be in effect. Vehicles over 3.5 t will be prohibited from using the section between Matrei-Steinach and Brenner Nord from Monday to Thursday between 10 pm and 5 am. Furthermore, there’s a ban on the A12 Inntal motorway and on the A13 if the destination requires passage through the affected section.<\/p>\n
The LBT points out that the regulation applies to all trucks. Lorries with exceptional permits, such as for perishable goods, will also be affected during this period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
