Meyer, who has been a member of the company\u2019s board since 2019, has led the DHL Group since 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Katrin Suder, the Chair of the Supervisory Board, emphasized that under Meyer\u2019s leadership, the Strategy 2025 has been successfully implemented and the company\u2019s profitability has increased. The new Strategy 2030, developed by Meyer and his team, aims to position the company for further growth in a challenging market environment. With the contract extension, the Supervisory Board reaffirms its confidence in Meyer\u2019s leadership skills to drive the strategic transformation and growth of the DHL Group.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategic Direction and Corporate Goals<\/h3>\n<p>The DHL Group aims to be the first choice for customers, employees, and investors worldwide. The company focuses on sustainable growth in its profitable core businesses as well as on group-wide growth initiatives.
