Lufthansa Cargo has announced several management changes that will take effect in February 2026. Gunnar L\u00f6hr (left) will assume responsibility for the DACH region as well as Key Account Management for the regions of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa starting February 15, 2026. Previously, L\u00f6hr served as Head of Supply Management and Infrastructure and brings extensive experience from various international markets. He began his career at Lufthansa Cargo in 2002 and has since held various leadership positions in the air freight industry.<\/p>\n
L\u00f6hr succeeds Philip Rauchhaus (center), who will take on the role of Vice President of Global Revenue Management and Pricing on January 1, 2026. Rauchhaus is succeeding Helge Kr\u00fcger-Lorenzen, who is retiring after 38 years with the Lufthansa Group. Anand Kulkarni, Head of Global Markets at Lufthansa Cargo, spoke positively about L\u00f6hr’s appointment, emphasizing his extensive leadership experience and ability to bring new momentum to customer relationships.<\/p>\n
Markus Cirjan (right) will take over the operational management of the hub in Munich at the earliest opportunity. He is currently Director Sales & Handling for the USA Mid-Atlantic & Ohio Valley and has held various positions in Lean Management and sales in the USA since joining Lufthansa Cargo in 2013. Cirjan succeeds Ivo Seehann, who is taking on new responsibilities as part of the cooperation with Swiss WorldCargo. Frank Bauer, Board Member Operations at Lufthansa Cargo, expressed his pleasure regarding Cirjan’s move to Munich and his expertise in the logistics sector.<\/p>\n
